I worked with superego and I felt they weren’t being 100 because they don’t send the rate confirmation to where you can see everything … if you lease or oo you wanna se the original rate confirmation… Tucking is different for everyone what works for one driver may not work for others … stay safe on the road bruh
Honestly bro I start tomorrow and I'm excited. The thing is you have to know what you are getting into with a lease purchase. I have completed many leases at different companies, but this one will be the first one without a balloon payment (never ended up paying it at the other companies) and I'm ready to hit the road. Anyone thinking you can drive lease or oo and work less is an idiot. Entrepreneurship is for those who have drive and want more freedoms
Yes super ego does skim.. they are a broker... they get broker loads then put them on their board for cheaper and distribute it to their companies for less.... that's why the trucks don't say super ego... that's why you only get a rate con from super ego not from the original broker... it's call re brokering...... that's a problem for the industry
the proof is that they refuse to let you see the actual rate con what you see on the load board is what they put on there after they skim it. but either way you can still make money

In order to be a successful lease operator you have got to a good business mindset from home to the job meaning your finances are good when I did lease I eventually made money after struggling because I didn’t know so basically don’t doubt the mans word because it’s super ego he knows the spill hustle harder & smart and you will make it

These people got me paying for tires, on a trailer that i used for 11 days $2k I thinik they dont like me or something and im not even bashing them. someone else got the trailer, and 5 months later they bill me.
The only way they will provide you a flight is if your already here and your going to recover a truck as far as coming to the company that's on you but I've noticed things are constantly changing for the better but if I were you I would ask just to be certain

There is nothing good about super Ego the rates are cheap they will work you to death. Your license will be at risk and you will never pay off your truck. You will end up owing them money. That’s the company you want to stay away from. 😡

Honestly if you pick a truck that's at the yard you owe it to yourself and who you trucking for to make sure any and everything get fixed before you leave don't start with regrets leave with confidence knowing your truck is gonna run
I not gonna say you can’t make no money over there I worked there and I’m not gonna lie I made great money but I just didn’t want to be gone like that anymore but it is a lot of shady business going on but what’s already known don’t need to be explained same stuff everywhere 🤦🏾♂️but they most definitely take of the top bro I use to call the broker and verify always different rate then what they offer I almost got fired for that they told me I was not allowed to call broker 😂 and my brother was fired for that but if you read your contract brother it clearly states they will take of the top the world play confuses a lot of people but contract says that they will call you and offer you a load and you will be paid 88 percent of what they offer you key word is offer you not what we got it for but what we offer you so in so many words it’s not illegal what they doing you signed a contract and agreed to it but even after all that can’t say I didn’t make money over there 💯
