Papaji speaks of the 4th State: Turya state. Be awake while asleep. He mentions an interview with Chistopher Titmuss where he tells him to look at the last moment before sleep and the moment before awakening. Beyond this state is Anant: no frontier, no comings and no goings.
In the last beautiful interaction Papaji explains that the revelation of Truth is a mystery. All is illusion. There is no teacher and no student. The ultimate truth of emptiness is not to reject and accept anything.
The compilation finishes with a devotional song offering by Vedant.

He is referring to being solely in the present moment and accepting what is right in front of you. Not re-experiencing what has happened before - but living right here in the Now.

The lifespan of a human being begins and ends now. The circle is eternal. The ego projects the 'I',as in image, you call self. The writer imagines existence as a series of snapshots arranged like dominoes with the smallest time gap apart. But they do not touch. But there are 10-^43 snapshots every second. The last snapshot is not this snapshot. Any offense to the last snapshot is not this snapshot. They become entangled the instant we think of this snapshot as being connected to a previous snapshot. Now the previous offense has been manifested in the now snapshot. This prevents snapshots until the entangled snapshots are processed. Any insult, slight, offense to the ego lasts one snapshot but the mind connects them together and the experience is relived in the now snapshot causing disease of the mind and fear. Process each moment and let it go and the mind will let it go. Thus the previous offended snapshot is removed and the flow continues one snapshot at a time. The human(ego) experiences several hundred snapshots every second so removing one out of an infinite number the ego doesn't notice but it was also one of the ego's snapshots reducing the ego's I. Or this writer is nuttier than a fruit cake. Everything you see is shadow. A human has never seen the future or past because it is now when he thinks of it and it was now when he experienced it andi it will be now when he tries to convince his ego it wasn't now. Its always now. All we see is the shadow of reality. The shadow is real the image is ego. The shadow of truth. The quiet one that is with you all day not saying a word. Never offended as people spit and walk on it all day. Yet it does not blame or complain or judge it just is. Be the shadow. Your goal is to become a big fat zero. Now get to it.
