@jonathanbaldwin2195 he was the guitar player fine mousey slick back hair always stood to the left side of the singer Dave on stage the video 3 steps at top of page he the tall one at end in blue apparently he not well at moment
The 70s good era for music Roll and Roll lived two of my bands in the 70s Showaddywaddy and the Bay City Rollers only young but loved the happy music. ❤️
I was only born when they were formed but through my dad’s love of music i absolutely love their song and have been to see them a few times now xxx love them!
Wish I’d been the one whose lap Dave sat on !! She even got a kiss , lucky thing… love the Way he cracks up at her response which, yes, was from Morecombe & Wise- so you,d have to be a certain age to ‘get’ that quote . And Malc with his blacked up teeth is just so funny….they were all very talented at different things
@@annamarieback8636 hi, have you seen Andy Pelos who Dave asked to take over as lead singer? Truly a great singer in his own right and Dave chose well.
@@annamarieback8636 unfortunately his voice wasn’t up to it anymore but I’m glad he’s still with the band in a managerial capacity. Buddy and Dave had great voices and did great credit to their songs.
Brilliant fantastic band ever I fancy them all like mad can't stop latching them fun to watch I dance to them always I love playing them in my car and in my flat full volume I do it to let this grap music this days just to drop a hint to youngest kids this days in this generation this days rap head banging etc I call it 2 words 1note it means can't sing rest in peace buddy wish I could have meet them in them days big regret 💕😰🎸🥁🎤
All of the 70s bands will live on for many years to come Because you can't find anything better than the day I'm still loving all of the 70s as i am 67 years old
The drummer when he smiles reminds me of Shane McGowan. He didn’t have many teeth either. Actually a bit of an add-on. I read somewhere that malc himself blacked out his teeth. The old band were sooo funny and playing tricks on each other.
I remember this being on tv so clearly, mainly because of Malcolm's blacked out teeth! It would have been a month or so after I saw them for the first time. Fantastic live act, the records never really did them justice.
This is just god awful, where do i start, black dude doesnt quite fit in, it's as if hes been put there just to show how 'right on' these guys are. The lead singer cant sing for toffee, they picked a song Elvis Presley made famous but Elvis Presley could sing. These guys just sound awful
Wrong,so wrong, they all fitted in to the original line up. All talented, all had there own strengths. You don't see that with more modern bands. Out and out entertainment!!! Buddy & Al you did a great job!!!
Just seen this comment, what's this guy been sniffing? Multi talented band. You don't see many bands if any that can swap round and play multiple instruments, not like the manufactured plastic shit that's about today.
Seriously? They were a band back in the days before boxes were made for ticking and given Romeo''s still the only one there I guess he felt and still feels wanted. It's an Eddie Cochran song that has been covered numerous times by numerous acts. As for the band I doubt there a few now who could put a show on like Showaddywaddy did in their prime.
Best band ever seen them back in the 80s and followed them everywhere until about 2012 still a great band but not the same since Dave gave up the microphone just love so talented and handsome
Showaddywaddy are still a great group went to see them at the playhouse a few years ago they were absolutely brilliant
Brilliant band absolutely loved them still do so entertaining especially Malcolm. R.I.P. Buddy & Al 💙💙
Witch ones was Trevor oakes

I was only born when they were formed but through my dad’s love of music i absolutely love their song and have been to see them a few times now xxx love them!
What a band 😅

@@annamarieback8636 hi, have you seen Andy Pelos who Dave asked to take over as lead singer? Truly a great singer in his own right and Dave chose well.
showaddywaddylady I know but Dave was so sexy and better voice

Always a fun group but very talented.
Indeed Oggie60
I have seen them live a few times during the 80s. I loved Romeo's drum solos but I notice he don't do them anymore at thee shows.

My favourite of these okes,it's less doo wop in sound!
Beauty of a song !!😋
So Beautiful for ever❤️

Malc was always playing jokes on the others during live shows
Love this song
Vandaag deze single gekocht voor in de jukebox👍🏻
Love playing them loud in my car
Ein top Song !!
Legends. Btw, wasn't that the Little And Large Show ? Not Pebble Mill.

❤ em.
I wish they'd mentioned steps 4 and 5? were they on the B Side? ohh well too late now.
tut tut !!!!
Maar één woord, prachtig
"What do you think of show so far?" "Rubbish" I don't agree - great humour at the show.
It's Morcombe and Wise quote, ya dope!
She just Got back on him for sitting in her lap
Ps: Eddie Cochran did 3 steps!
R I P Buddy Gask
Buddy has a good voice they were a great band shame things have to end wish i had a time machine id travel back to see them again
Who is Tony ,,,,

Bit rubbish Eddie Cochran cover.

Romeo was better as the drummer, he was pretty good.
