    People all are like "great we're all going to get affected". This is a blessing, he walking into the hospital, people with Ebola can't move, their sitting there in Africa spitting blood knowing that they could die any minute. This doctor was on a missions trip until Ebola came, they could of left, but instead the group decided to stay and take care of the Africans. This guys family was there with him, they decided to go back home later, that was a miracle. A couple days later, the guy got it, his family didn't. When a cure was made he was on his death bed and instead of him being the first one to take it, he wanted his partner to have it, but worse came and he had to have it then be transported to the us for care instead of a poor village. He was the first to be healed from the cure, and that gave him the strength to walk, that's another miracle. His partner got healed and many other Africans a year later, and that country was Ebola free. This guy has a great testimony to share and I think people should listen, there is even a movie about this coming out, recommend it.

    Dr. Brantley started recovering as soon as he was given the 3 rounds of antibiotics. Emory in Atlanta knew exactly how to handle this & did it perfectly in their isolation unit. Dr. Brantley started donating plasma to help other ebola patients as soon as he was cleared, about a month later.

    Why did they have him in an isolation pod, if they are just going to let him walk about like it's no big deal? Obviously, there is no isolation pod in the ambulance. Which by now has carried several injured patience to various hospitals in the area.

    • @januaryman169
      @januaryman169 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      He had the suit on while in the isolation pod too. It's all about the money. Bring the decease, get others sick, collect thier money.

    Okay, EBOLA isn't in African! Far-out you guys need to start address Africa as a continent rather than a country. Its in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberian and apparently also Nigeria. Just saying, AFRICA is a continent with 53 countries!

    I commend the good doctor for going over there to help the sick but I still feel that bringing him back was a mistake; there is no reason why the government could not send a medical team over to Africa to treat him. He knew the risks when he went over there and did so of his own free will. He may be a living saint but I still don't think that justifies bringing him back and putting the lives of an entire country at risk. If I was in his place, I would have been prepared and willing to stay if I got infected because I don't think its right for me to return and risk the lives of millions because of a choice I made.

    The two Americans infected with Ebola knew the risks and took all the precautions. How did they contract it? No one has said anything about that yet.

    • @FoxyStealth
      @FoxyStealth 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      They contracted by other people who had the ebola fluids on them, not in Dr. Brantley's treatment unit.

    I hope he makes it , but would be extremely surprised if he did.. Securing his transport is a good thing considering that anyone infected with any number of deadly communicable diseases could at any time simply board a commercial air carrier and start a pandemic event .

    Just do what I said under medical conditions
    The guy deserves to live
    If anyone does.What a brave man.
    But that treatment works because ketamine melts the bio film (an invisible living slime )which most diseases need to interface with the host. The ketamine simply increases the alkalinity

    Are we seriously risking MILLIONS of lives for only two? I'm
    Sorry this happened to these doctors but this isn't right. They should've been forced to stay where the out break occurred and received treatment there. If US doctors are so intrigued and willing to help these two, they should've flown to West Africa themselves. I understand the need to help American citizens suffering but in my opinion, this is way too risky.
