      The lithium makes up around 10% of each battery, the main component will be graphite which is why it is so black looking. You would have to add some water to get the Li to react. Still, there should be a lot more PPE being worn here, and I'm wondering how he washed his hands after touching the black powder.

      yes, this is machine test run, we can provide the dust removal units. But some clients do not need (If there is no strict environment requirements).

      I'm pretty sure they are recycling the lithium from the lithium ion batteries so they can make more lithium ion batteries. Like recycling plastic to make more plastic.
