40 - Worsley Dale OO gauge Garden Railway - Inside Out

A bright and blustery day made it difficult to capture videos of the garden railway so there's some additional footage from within the indoor shed area. Scenery isn't my strong point either indoors or out so the indoor stations are pretty basic and lacking fine details but they do give you a glimpse of what lies either side of the two viaducts on the OO gauge Worsley Dale garden railway.
Just three loco's in action today - 37248 'Loch Arkaig', 37698 'Coedbach' and 47522 'Doncaster Enterprise'.

Thank you! The viaducts are a pretty basic construction - just a few building blocks - but they do the job really well and can create an impressive structure without too much effort.

Thanks Steve. Yes, I'm more at home with the viaducts than I am with the finer indoor scenery. The viaducts are my favourite sections of the entire layout.

is it me or is the viaduct carved from breezeblocks?

Lightweight building blocks yes. I suppose by definition you could call it 'carved' but that makes it sound like some great feat of craftsmanship whereas in reality there was very little skill involved. They were cut with a handsaw and shaped with an old file. An old plant pot was used to draw the outline for the arches.
