EcoFlow Delta Pro failed update, Error 12

    I now have 2 Delta Pros with the same issue. One that I JUST got 2 weeks ago. And the other one that was a year and a half old. Ecoflow is a #$(*& show of a company. I'm probably going to return the second Delta pro and second battery, get the main unit repaired and sell this thing.

    Same thing just happen to me trying to upgrade to 1.0.1.121 I hate this companyt!!!!

      EcoFlow support told me to try a new network and new phone... But it won't connect to a new phone. To connect a new phone, the app says I need to hold the IoT reset button until it beeps, but it never beeps. I tried 3 different 2.4Ghz networks but it won't connect to any of them. I will update you as I work to resolve this. Please keep me updated too!

      Thank, mine is stuck in a similar loop, but it doesn’t see any networks when I try to update the firmware (even though there are). My IOT reset button also never beeps when holding it.

      @@bennettphillips5427 Any luck? EcoFlow support has been poor, as usual. They don't read my messages and continue to tell me to try connecting to a new phone despite the unit not being able to do an IoT reset. It's crazy how much money we spend on these just for them to fail due to EcoFlow's broken update process, then support doesn't help.
