This makes our 4th collaboration with Julia. Ever since our first shoot together for Sam Villa, we knew we had to work together again. Julia brings a bright and vibrant energy, and is so invested in the creative process.
This shoot is no different. We hit the streets of downtown Austin, TX to test the DZOFILM ‪@DZOFILM‬ Pictor Zooms. Representing the 12 to 25 and 50 to 125 Pictors.
What I appreciate most is the Pictors color rendition and versatility. We brought out a small backpack containing our stills camera (Sony A7RIII) and second zoom, with field changes happening in a matter of seconds.
The Pictors 3-Lens set packs a punch! Vivid, true-to-life color, excellent image quality and strikes a balance between cinematic detail with easy sharpness and good contrast.
Filmed almost entirely in 6K Open Gate on the S35 Z-Cam E2-S6.
Though DZOFILM sent us the Pictors for a review period, these thoughts are our own.
