Hi sweet girl, I just don’t think you realize what a blessing you are, not only for all the things you teach us but for just being you. So many of us look forward to your videos, you make us smile and even feel better about ourselves. When you have down days remember us and we are here for you to and happy to call you a friend. Thanks so much for being kind and letting others be happy.
I love rotisserie chickens. I break them apart. Rough chop the meat and divide it up, put in freezer bags, lay them flat and freeze. That way if I want to make soup or a casserole I can pull out a bag and throw it together. Easy peasy!!!
I roast off a family pack of chicken breast [15 min in an air fryer oven, flipping partway through) and then I do that. It is great to have already cooked chicken to just toss into dishes. I get 4 to 5 bags, depending on the weight of the pack. Cheaper since I'm not paying for bone weight.
All your soups look delicious. Can I just say how it always warms my heart to see you've posted a new video? Your warmth, your funny personality, you're a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Thank you for shining your light. When I have some of this and some of that and don't know what to make for dinner, you're always cooking up something I can recreate in my own kitchen. Thanks Momma Brooke!
OMG!!!I made the chicken nacho soup tonight. I used leftover turkey and a can of rotel ( cause I thought I had tomatoes and I didn't). Everything else was the same. Easy and definitely delicious!!! Thank you.
GREAT soups! I'm making the beef stew today and the chicken pot pie on Sunday. By the way, I love your kids! The youngest is so hilarious with his 'fainting' and the older two are so adorable; momma and daddy raised some wonderful kids!
Thank you Brooke, i think there's nothing better than homemade soup and these all look incredible. No need for 3 course meals when you have a big healthy bowl of comfort.
I just love watching you. You're so upbeat and happy. Your husband and boys are very polite and appreciate your cooking, your husband too. I have to try these soup recipes. My sister and I are older and live together and she loves homemade soup. I know she's going to like these and I will too as you make them easy. Thank you. ❤️
Thank you, Brooke. Every recipe I have tried is delicious. I have to pinch every penny I can and you make it easy. And tasty! I appreciate you so much.
Brooke you are the salt of the earth people. I love watching you and your family together. Simple, uncomplicated, like how life was when I was growing up in the 60s. Merry Christmas, much peace and love to you all!
We are soup people and these look delish! I'm going to make turkey (leftover T day bird) pot pie soup tomorrow, using your recipe. As a veggie lover, one of the things I really appreciate in your cooking is you don't skip the veggies. Unfortunately, some cooking videos, especially if they bill themselves as frugal, rarely include vegetables except for potatoes. Thanks for a tasty looking roundup of soups! I was reminded it's been too been too long since I've made beef stew.
Hey Brooke and family! ❤ Perfect timing it's getting cooler weather here in Ga. I love making soups in this kind of weather and stocking up the freezer. I can't wait to make these. I like to go to my sam's club and buy 3-4 rotisserie chickens bring them hime and debone them divide the chicken up,freeze it flat(and I have it when I need it)then i like to make homemade stock with the bones and veggie scraps that I've saved up in the freezer I can some and put some in freezer too. Saves on buying it from store. Your family is so precious. ❤Nancy
I love all kinds of soup. I just made chicken noodle yesterday. I can’t make a small pot of soup so I always call my son to come get a container when I make it.
Funny you should mention that I was just texting my son that I was doing taco soup tomorrow. To see if he wanted any. He is 26 and works outside and he really had bad cough. When I had my granddaughter last Saturday. Hope he is not getting sick.
We love that loaded potato soup. We put raw onion in it at the end with more cheese. One of my favorite foods ever. I’m going to do your chicken Mexican soup soon. That looks delicious and easy.
It is COLD where i am too & the fact that i actually LOVE soup anytime is just a plus 😊. Thanks for more soup ideas, I appreciate them. Im freezing already even though winter isn't even officially here yet. Ol Mother Nature is confused again...I am NOT cut out for this anymore 🥶. It's snowy, a little icy, & getting down to 16 again tonight with wind chills near zero (& getting colder as the week goes on...p.s. send some sunshine PLEASE).
Oh my…. Ms. Brooke, you have done it again. They all look so good. I don’t know which one to start with. But loyal boy they look wonderful and as cold as it is right now they look more wonderful lol. God bless you, kiddo and your wonderful family.
Yum! All of those recipes looked delicious and terrific for these cold winter days. This week is especially cold here in N E Kansas, and those soups sure will be a hit! The smoked paprika sure made the color of that soup pop! I said, "Mmm, yum," about the same time you did! A few of those soups I'd add some frozen, chopped kale or spinach because I like the color and it's something I like in my soups. Like you say, "Make it yours!" Adding in or taking out what you like. ❤❤❤
I am a senior and live alone. I buy a chuck roast and halve it, maybe about 1 lb each after cutting, I take one half and cut it into cubes. That beef stew dumpling soup looks great. I like the baked potato soup too. No milk in it.
I love soup. Hubby hates it lol. I’ll make a big batch and put it in mason jars in the fridge for my lunches for the week. Especially love it in the winter.
Everything looks delicious friend please keep me and my family in prayer we lost our mom we laid her to rest on Monday 😢😢💔💔still can’t believe shes gone 🙏🏾❤️
These all looked really good. I love good homemade soup, especially in the winter. How can you make a rich, hearty beef stew even better? Add dumplings! How did I not think of this? I am going to be adding some of these recipes to my ever growing list of soups. Thanks, Brooke and family!
I think you should do a video of "winter meals Dusty rates 9 and above" I am so looking forward to trying that 11... lol As always, your videos are wonderful, I am so glad I stumbled upon you and your family.
I always take a stalk of celery, about five or six onions and a bag of carrots. I slice and dice them and put each one into snack size zip-lock bags and put in the freezer. Then whenever I need them, they are there and ready to go.
Hello from New Brunswick Canada 🇨🇦 we are currently sitting at 17 degrees Fahrenheit. It is definitely soup season here. Thanks for these great recipes! 🤗
Seeing your beef stew and dumplings reminds me of when COVID hit. I was in anew relationship with my hubby! We were at his house and he had one weeks worth of food in the house (I’m more of a prepper and he is now). Anyway I took two steak and potato soups he had on the shelf, added water and dropped dumplings in it for a satisfying dinner. The stores here rapidly established delivery and our church delivered one meal a week so we were soon fine.
Another great video with great ideas! I love soup and will be trying all four. I laughed when you said that you hardly ever use celery in dishes. I go through a stalk quickly, since I use it in most of my dishes. I love celery in homemade chili with a lot of onion and garlic. I will be putting celery and carrots into all of these soups. My mom always cooked with it and I do too.
I know it’s a soup video BUT I just made the turkey chilli from one of your other videos ( feeding large groups cheaply). It was soooo good and very quick and easy…. AND CHEAPER! Thanks for the idea DEFINITELY GOING TO ADD SOUPS TO MY “ must make” list!
❤ you give us such good recipes to follow and the written part is especially good for me to be able to shop where they ingredients now finding out cooked. Chicken is cheaper than not cooked. Chicken is a great bonus.❤❤
Oh, so yummy, satisfying soup! I'm a widow it's just me here. I like making soup because it makes enough for several meals. I usually cook a big skillet of cornbread and it's "easy peasey" for a few days.Thank you for sharing, thank you working hard to make these videos.
I feel like this would be so good with Rotel (?sp) and some fresh jalapeños, some black beans, then some cheese and tortilla chips on top with a little sour cream and cilantro!!
I have to make EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE!! ty so much for sharing these amazing recipes, please keep them coming. These are definitely on the menu, may God bless 💙💙
They all look delicious ❤ thank you for being such a blessing to us all I never miss any of your videos ❤️ I've been in such a depressed couple of months have already lost most all my family and lost my 2 sweet kitty's back to back I've been really lost lately but you're videos always pick me up and give me comfort watching them ❤ you and your family are precious 💕

They all look delicious! I'm going to try the nacho chicken soup tomorrow because I have all of the ingredients in my home now. Can't wait to taste it!
These all looked so yummy. I had forgotten all about potato soup, so that is going on my list for sure. Celery is a veggie that I don't really keep in my house either. Here is a tip: If your store has a salad bar, get the celery from there. The small amount you need for a recipe doesn't weigh alot so the cost is small. Thanks for sharing!
You can dice the celery and freeze it and just get out what you need when you cook. I get a small roast and dice it up for stew meat. The roast is usually about a dollar a pound cheaper than stew meat and you know what you’re getting. Stew meat could be anything.
You are just a joy to watch. You have a beautiful family and you are the best wife and mother around.. I’ve learned a lot from your videos and love the simplicity of your dishes… I also do most of of my shopping at Walmart…Happy Holidays to y’all. From Palm Springs Ca

I'm 70 years old and a widow. I am going to make every one of these. Thank you so much for these recipes. God Bless you.
I love rotisserie chickens. I break them apart. Rough chop the meat and divide it up, put in freezer bags, lay them flat and freeze. That way if I want to make soup or a casserole I can pull out a bag and throw it together. Easy peasy!!!
That's a smart idea 💡 ❤
I roast off a family pack of chicken breast [15 min in an air fryer oven, flipping partway through) and then I do that. It is great to have already cooked chicken to just toss into dishes. I get 4 to 5 bags, depending on the weight of the pack.
Cheaper since I'm not paying for bone weight.
Excellent idea! Now I just need them to go on sale and stock up 😊
I do the same and save the bones in a freezer bag until I have enough to make broth!
It must be delicious! Ky passed out and he never stopped chewing!! ❤
