We purchased this RV in December. We have yet to take it out we have been anxiously waiting for warm weather and for the campgrounds to open in western New York.
The last two weeks we have been filling it and next week we take it for our first trial run.
I love the layout. I love the two door bathroom because I am legally blind walking around and bumping into walls is not a fun thing at night. Plus my I wake my husband. Also it doesn’t make the bedroom feel claustrophobic.
I only wish there was a window behind the bed and behind the stove. I love natural light.
Also in the 2020 model the side windows on either side of the couch used to open. We like fresh air as opposed to air conditioning. But then again we live in New York it’s not that extremely hot.
Only other issue we wish the recliners were manual instead of electric. We Boondock a couple weeks of the year and we won’t be able to use our recliners which defeats the purpose of halving recliners.
My husband is working on trying to put the recliners on an inverter to runoff the battery when we boon-dock.
The outlet that the seats are plugged into is prepped for the inverter. Have him call me with any questions!
I just helped my tech install an inverter on another rv model montana last Saturday

Really, Really nice! It’s no wonder the entire Montana line is a best seller! It’s perfect but just some thoughts, north south bed to go to sleep looking at the stars, make one of these 30 feet for us older (70’s) folk who really don’t need the voluminous living space. It’s perfect!

Loving the new Montana's...especially the new Legacy Edition. If I hadn't just put disk brakes on my '16 Jayco NP 377, I'd seriously consider a mid bunk Montana. Great videos...thanks for sharing.

Hey Josh I purchased a 2021 294 high country from you guys. I want to install an inverter. My question is, is there a designated receptacle or some thing that plugs in to charge those designated trailer outlets? or does it need to be hardwired. I cannot find a receptacle and I am unsure about which wires, and how to locate them if that is the method. can you give me any insight on this Thanks

Only complaint is the king-sized bed. Wish There were here size options on RVs. Otherwise, beautiful!

What is the hitch weight?
Love the improvements but we full timers or even winter Snowbirds can see wasted space-would like additional storage above the theater seating and dining room. Also why do designers put two door onto a bathroom that is right next to the bedroom. Use the one door and put in a larger shower or more storage. Looked to me there is wasted space in bedroom next to dresser, room for another dresser or set of drawers or a window seat with storage. Would love to have seen inside the pantry, would also like storage above pantry for items rarely used or seasonal. Thank you.

Is that front window a thermopane because that black window will suck the heat right in and if you have to leave the curtain pulled all the time what's the point of it
Yes it is dual pane automotive style. You can feel some heat from it but it's not terrible due to that and the tint
What is that color scheme called? Cottage white? Champagne? I am having a hard time seeing the color schemes in the Montana catalogs because the colors are kind of muted in the catalog pics. Thanks!
