This is awesome!! We had A 2020 Jayco Pinnacle that we absolutely loved. We traded it for a Tiffin motorhome, but it was hard for me to let go of the 5 th Wheel
Still a yuge waste of space. All they did was change the living room furniture around and make a horseshoe kitchen. Charge way too much for that little bit of change. The bedroom still zero space, closet had the right idea but once you put the w/d in, you've lost access to the right side of the storage in the closet. Gut the thing. Put all house furniture in it to start. Not this hideous vinyl crap everyone has. Put all the fridge, bathroom, etc on one side of the unit. You guys always bottleneck the unit and they're too tight. Doesn't seem to matter how long you make them, they still are designed horribly. Open floorplan. Not 12" walking clearance through the unit. Horrible. Too much junk always that doesn't need to be there. Let me in there. I'll design the best one yet. Still haven't seen one even up to $100k that's designed correctly for the money 🤑💰

This has something important to me, which most others are lacking: A desk with enough room for a laptop and multiple monitors; even enough room for a reclinable computer chair; and still with enough space for people to walk passed through into the kitchen - with little tap on the shoulder of course. This is one of my three favourite RVs so far, and one thing I've noticed is that all three have a white and black interior.
This is totally beautiful and functional! I never thought that I would be interested in living in an RV or just owning one but this model has really peaked my interest. Thank you for sharing this!
Love this! Light and bright! Tons of windows. No carpet that your walking on (wearing out). I always have liked the rear kitchen models. They finally got it right as far as furnishings with a sectional, dinette & desk.
Really nice…..my favorite by far until………..Master bedroom! Older people ( like me 60..lol) would probably like a little more designing in the bedroom. More space at least 6inches more on each side of the bed for making it up, I did like the attempt to have a place to put your phone, drink and remote on nightstands. And I would rather have a full buildout for the TV with a sound bar but mostly as to have more drawer space for living full time or extended time . Other than that bathroom perfect everything else appears to be perfect..loved the fact they didn’t have a a dinette , I like they way they did it for sure. Flip one down and you have room for an Christmas tree. Thanks for the tour
I absolutely agree about the bedroom. I think the designers of these rigs should have to change the bed a couple times with no room to move around before settling on a final design.
I like all of the counter space in the kitchen and the small details like a shower seat and nightstand shelves. Great concept. Would like desk and dining table flipped
It would make sense to flip the desk and dining table, but then you wouldn't be able to have an extension on the table, which it currently has. This way, you can at least use the desk as a buffet or for overflow space when eating so the table doesn't get crowded with serving platters or pitchers, etc... And you don't have to get up and go to the kitchen for seconds.
Omg!! This is my all time favorite 5th wheel, if I we didn’t need our Toy Hauler I would trade for this in a heartbeat. I would be willing to park it at a nice beach campground year round and stay in it at every opportunity I had, lol! I could definitely live in this full time if need be! Beautiful, great job on this one and thank goodness you didn’t skip touring/showing it to us!
I just looked at this today and fell in love. The only thing I don't like, as a full timer, is the half bath. I would love to see more laundry room/ mud room options on layouts like these. Seriously though this kitchen is heaven.
This is an amazing unit. Absolutely love the gloss cabinets and I feel like carpet under the bed and inside the closet will make it much warmer in cooler temperatures. Nice and cozy. Perfect floor plan for a seasonal RV site that still allows you to take on the road occasionally.
Thank you very much for another great showing! I would get rid of the couch and put a five seater sofa in there that has five recliners in it. I would never buy anything that didn’t have a recliner in it. I sleep in a recliner. 😂 They could put a lot more cabinets beside the dresser that’s in the bedroom. Also, there’s two empty walls there they can hold them in the bathroom in the bedroom that big Mirro could be a big medicine cabinet. I absolutely love the kitchen. Across from the sofa they have now, I would dump the table and put a loveseat there or, and put another sofa for more seating.
I love it. But you know who needs that size living and dining and kitchen and 2 bathrooms? People that are full timing it with kids. So this is PERFECT, now add a bunk room or toy hauler off the back 😜 I want it all! Excellent tour, thank you 🙏🏼
This rig is already 44’ long and 18,000 pounds which puts it up there with some of the largest 5th wheel units out there and disqualifies it from MANY campgrounds. At it’s current size it’s not even road legal in over 20 states. But sure…tack on another 9 feet for a bunk room or toy hauler/garage and then you’ll be just under 53’ long which is road legal in only 4 states based on legal codes which dictate the maximum allowable trailer length. But with some luck, careful tow vehicle selection and creative interpretations of the combined length of truck and trailer combos, you MIIIIIGHT end up road legal in a total of 6-8 states. None of which share borders by the way 😉
My husband and I have been looking to live in one permanently for the last 3 years and I am in love with this one!😮😊 I like the gloss finish on the cabinets, makes them easier to clean but I would love to see lazy Susan's in the corner cabinets(hint, hint😉)!
Perfect rv!! So cool! 😎 Video ideas: 1: Do a tour with a veiwer and get their opinion on the rv. 2: Answer veiwers questions about your favorite rvs, favorite dealer ship, and your least favorite, etc. 3: Show some of the more bad rvs and campers and explain what to look out for in these rvs. 4: Draw rv blue prints and your veiwers dream rvs, and see if someone will build it! Hope these help you if you need ideas, I just think spreading your content out into other things, still on the topic of rvs, could bring more people in!! ❤ ❤

I always love your presentations Myles. I was thrown off by this Rv as soon as I noticed, there is no storage above the windows. I guess the half bath could be used at night when everybody’s sleeping, but it is awfully close to the sofa. Also, ask your wife this, no matter how much you like the outside of an RV. If you don’t like the inside of it, you’re not gonna buy it. I think you should start showing the inside first. 😂😂😂
Thanks, Myles for the video!!! Honestly....I do not like the glossy cabinetry. Just not for me. I wish there was soft close on the kitchen cabinets and kind of disappointed that the construction of the cabinets were not up to their old standards. Overall....very nice rv. I would have preferred the washer and dryer set up in the half bath.
Agreed on the cabinets. I like the gloss, but for the premium level this is supposed to be, and you know it's going to cost, the drawers could have at least been dove tailed, not just stapled, and soft close on all doors/drawers.
I absolutely fell in love with this unit! Went to an RV show here in Sacramento California. My fav was the two bathrooms, the open kitchen concept in the rear with the extra cozy sectional for the living space! My top 3
I’d be surprised if there’s another closet that can rival this one. If it was a choice, I wouldn’t pick the high gloss on the cabinetry, but maybe that’s easier to wipe down. Thanks Myles!

What would really be great is Jayco build a non 5th wheel RV exactly like the living area of this one adding a shower to the bathroom. Using the massive sectional sofa as a bed it would be a perfect RV for a couple.
Sure is purdy! These days I'm more interested in how RVs are constructed, as in: Is all the plumbing PEX or is there still flexible hose being used? Screwed and glued or stapled together (I saw the drawers are stapled together - not great). What does the roof look like? Is it more of the same TPO crap with copious amounts of Dicor applied sloppily all over? The RV industry really needs to do a better job on roof construction and quality. What do the leaf spring mounts look like - are they reinforced? All these beautiful looking RVs are great until the problems start - then you really don't care as much about how pretty it is, you're more concerned about how it was put together.
That rear port looks like it would fit that stand in the Pass thru to hold the Griddle. The gas line is underneath as you can see in the video. That's my guess.
Yea I agree it needs more sleeping room than bathroom space. Take that master bath out and put a sleeping area with 2 double bunk beds and the closet space. Campgrounds always have showers. No need for 2 bathrooms. We have 4 kiddos so we would need the extra sleeping space or even to have friends/family camp out with you. Then it would sleep 4 in the back 3 in the living room and 2 or 3 in bedroom. Perfect
It’s personal, but we have no TV at our lake cabin. It makes you gather together at night for bond fires and games and shock, even reading. But hanging together with books is fun too. 10pm…..bedtime. Unfortunately due to work, internet is a must! But no TV watching!
I absolutely love the kitchen! Add two sets of recliners over there would give you four recliners and put storage above every window. Who cares if the windows are that big little they could easily be a little smaller and put storage up there. Boy that would really make this, great !
This is an absolutely beautiful RV! We are looking to full time in a few years, and this one goes on the list! I love the hi-gloss cabinetry. I would like a little more walk room around the bed, but it’s not a deal breaker. That refrigerator is though. It would have to be replaced. All in all, a really beautiful set up!

It looks like Jayco has been paying attention and taking notes! I love it except for the side by side refrigerator. I don't know who invented that side by side with a small freezer, but there is no way to store a pizza in it.
I hate my side by side refrigerator. I wish I had my French door like in my last 2 campers. I would even pay to upgrade it! Plus they don't give you enough shelves in the freezer. You have to buy more yourself, which is ridiculous for what we paid for the camper.
@@davehuber6949 I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I hear that too much about most of the manufacturers, even some of the custom made ones. Have you had any other brands that are better? I've been considering the Alliance, the Brinkley, KZ Durango Gold, and Pinnacle. There are some pros and cons of each one, but I'm definitely hoping to find the most reliable as well as all the features I want. I want 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, so that is hard to find.
Seems like something Is reading my mind & building what I love! Love the sofa, gorgeous kitchen, love that other slide is a desk & a dinette. Area around the bed is not to small, dresser in the bedroom could be 6 or 8 drawers.

In the main bathroom, does the Mirro and put a huge medicine cabinet in there. Also, dump one of the sinks give yourself floor countertop space in the bathroom. You don’t need to sinks.
I love the storage, shower, kitchen. Bedroom, I am living full time. But not a wise choice I got, it’s just not working for me for full time. But I love that one.
Wow this one is perfect for me. Thank you for showing it I am going to graduate school next year and I am looking at RVs to buy to live in instead of Apartments. This is perfect I am going to go check it out tomorrow.
I love the sectional, it looks like it would be comfortable and it looks very nice in the living room area! I would have liked to see a booth dinette but that’s just my personal preference. I really like this RV. As far as the kitchen cabinets I like the shininess of them. You don’t come across that in many RV’s. Thanks for sharing this with us!!
I enjoy cooking, but am very sloppy in the kitchen. So the gloss is nice and easy to wipe down. I’ve had nice matte finish and natural grain wood cabinets (white oak) and I feel like porous surfaces even when sealed are harder to clean and you run the risk of certain oils penetrating and staining the wood. So gloss is a nice touch and adds a sense of longevity in my opinion. ALSO… that slot under the step heading up to the bedroom would be a cool parking spot for a robot vacuum. Haha
The only two things I would change are switching the desk and the dining table positions and give me a medicine cabinet in the main bath. Other than that it’s perfect.
I'm not in the market for RVs and haven't watched an RV video in awhile but I want to say this was a really well done video. I watch a looooottt of TH-cam lol and this for some reason made me stop to comment. Good stuff bro. Hi Mike's you know your stuff! Great 5th wheel. I do love hi gloss! When the lights r on it gives it a rich looking finish and easy to wipe. The couch is beautiful! I also appreciate the jug water system. Someone was thinking.
Good storage in the kitchen. I would easily forgo an island for the floor space in this model. Not too keen on the lights in the living room though, to me they look cheap! Nice location of half bath right at front door, coat closet, very nice bathroom and great walk in robe. Overall a nicer than most set up.

My mom would really love this. She’s always telling me rv life isn’t for her because of small closets and kitchens, but this is perfect!

Simply connect the giant TV's HDMI input by bluetooth to your laptop, and you can use it as a 2nd monitor while sitting on the sofa.

Solid tires! A real tail light! I always wondered why good looking 5th wheels just had a plain back no cap no nice tail lights. Jayco stepped it up.

A nice finish on cabinets is always easier to keep clean. Single larger sink is a huge plus.
We have a front living room pinnacle, and love it! But this new floor plan looks awesome! Yes I would camp/live in it!!!

It’s personal, but we have no TV at our lake cabin. It makes you gather together at night for bond fires and games and shock, even reading. But hanging together with books is fun too.

I absolutely love the kitchen! Add two sets of recliners over there would give you four recliners and put storage above every window. Who cares if the windows are that big little they could easily be a little smaller and put storage up there. Boy that would really make this, great !
This one is awesome. WOW! You could make that bed smaller easily to accommodate more space in the sides.
This is an absolutely beautiful RV! We are looking to full time in a few years, and this one goes on the list! I love the hi-gloss cabinetry. I would like a little more walk room around the bed, but it’s not a deal breaker. That refrigerator is though. It would have to be replaced. All in all, a really beautiful set up!

That is a beautiful 5th wheel!! I love the gloss on the cabinets also. I would love for ut to have just a little more space around the bed BUT it's worth it for that bathroom and closet!! If we were to get one, that would be at the top of my list!!

It looks like Jayco has been paying attention and taking notes! I love it except for the side by side refrigerator. I don't know who invented that side by side with a small freezer, but there is no way to store a pizza in it.
I hate my side by side refrigerator. I wish I had my French door like in my last 2 campers. I would even pay to upgrade it! Plus they don't give you enough shelves in the freezer. You have to buy more yourself, which is ridiculous for what we paid for the camper.
They should pay more attention to quality my 2022 is still falling apart it hassle t the last 2 summers at the dealer getting fixed
@@davehuber6949 I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I hear that too much about most of the manufacturers, even some of the custom made ones. Have you had any other brands that are better? I've been considering the Alliance, the Brinkley, KZ Durango Gold, and Pinnacle. There are some pros and cons of each one, but I'm definitely hoping to find the most reliable as well as all the features I want. I want 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, so that is hard to find.
Nice floor plan. High gloss looked good in that model. I don't like the side-by-side fridge, but I'm sure you can opt for a different model.
Seems like something Is reading my mind & building what I love! Love the sofa, gorgeous kitchen, love that other slide is a desk & a dinette. Area around the bed is not to small, dresser in the bedroom could be 6 or 8 drawers.

In the main bathroom, does the Mirro and put a huge medicine cabinet in there. Also, dump one of the sinks give yourself floor countertop space in the bathroom. You don’t need to sinks.
I love the storage, shower, kitchen. Bedroom, I am living full time. But not a wise choice I got, it’s just not working for me for full time. But I love that one.

I love the sectional, it looks like it would be comfortable and it looks very nice in the living room area! I would have liked to see a booth dinette but that’s just my personal preference. I really like this RV. As far as the kitchen cabinets I like the shininess of them. You don’t come across that in many RV’s. Thanks for sharing this with us!!
Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s any luxury fifth wheels that do a booth dinette. Everything in the $100k+ range I’ve seen has a table and chairs.

The high gloss was smart, makes them look high end and keeps dirt from sticking.
LOVE THIS SOFA and the RV wow just amazing!
I enjoy cooking, but am very sloppy in the kitchen. So the gloss is nice and easy to wipe down. I’ve had nice matte finish and natural grain wood cabinets (white oak) and I feel like porous surfaces even when sealed are harder to clean and you run the risk of certain oils penetrating and staining the wood. So gloss is a nice touch and adds a sense of longevity in my opinion.
ALSO… that slot under the step heading up to the bedroom would be a cool parking spot for a robot vacuum. Haha
The only two things I would change are switching the desk and the dining table positions and give me a medicine cabinet in the main bath.
Other than that it’s perfect.

Hi Mike's you know your stuff! Great 5th wheel. I do love hi gloss! When the lights r on it gives it a rich looking finish and easy to wipe. The couch is beautiful! I also appreciate the jug water system. Someone was thinking.

Good storage in the kitchen. I would easily forgo an island for the floor space in this model. Not too keen on the lights in the living room though, to me they look cheap! Nice location of half bath right at front door, coat closet, very nice bathroom and great walk in robe. Overall a nicer than most set up.
