The Title Boxing Rapid Reflex Boxing Bar Tri Bag is Title’s newest latest and greatest free standing bag for the boxer and boxing enthusiast. This punching bag shows great potential if you are looking to improve your striking skills and fitness. As free-standing bags go, this reflex bag has improvements in stability and can take hard strikes to the swing bar and the “head” target. It features a spinning bar for bobbling and weaving, a center head bag, and a spinning striking pad opposite the bar. It is most similar to the Sparbar Pro. Ours gets used at the gym all the time. If you fill it, it is much more stable.

Do you feel worried it's gonna come apart when you're working with it? I want to be able to hit it without worrying it's gonna break or tip. I know it's not for power shots or anything but even just light/moderate hits and whatnot

I tip and roll it or I squat and tip it a bit to get the fingers under it and lift it. 😁
