I was gonna get one of these pieces of equipment, and there's no-doubt they can help sharpen your relexes, head movement, and hand to eye co-ordination, but they don't simulate how human limbs approach the opponent, and there could be a concern that it over programmes muscle memory for such repetition, there is no replacement for light sparring.
Same thing can be done with a towel

@@VzlaSages it was 150€ and I can tell you its sh!t its some stupid thing from china and it bounces so crazy because of its olastic thing at the bottom so we took that plastic thing off and put it on like some rock thing that made it way more stable but its still kinda trash, I bought it from Amazon I might return it and get with 50euros more (in total 200euros) a perfect boxing bag and do something else for my reflex

These guys dont even have proper hand conditioning, thats why they have pillows on. Plus hand and eye coordination is not there. I do the helicopter on the speed bag, do you even know what that is. Or have ever even seen someone do it.
