I've been living in toronto for about 12 years now. I moved here from India in 2001. and only started playing the guitar about two years ago. Learned from my sister and youtube. I also play by ear. About two years ago she showed me berkley springs and told me to learn it. (really hard if you only just started the guitar). I learnt it for an independant study in school.. Now im going for this song... I cant get the tune out of my head.. And one day I really want to meet don. Scotty - 16, toronto
It's New Year's Eve here in T.O. and I just heard this great song for the very first time on JAZZfm.91 radio here in Toronto, Canada. Fantastic song! Also, I read the comment above that explains how Don came up with the name for this song. It's fun to know the "behind the scenes" of things!!! Thanks for posting this!!
:) amazing, thank you so much for posting these. it helps for me to actually learn them. A lot of the candyrat videos arn't clear because the camera angles change a lot. thank you!

this tune is so sweet, proving it's possible to create very original things in standard tuning!
he's such a badass.
hail the man, don ross.
Don Ross is like what we used to call a sleeper car, looks like a normal car, but you'll never believe what's under the hood!
no worries :) im just happy i get to see the video! haha thanks!
beats me, this is in standard tuning. try playing it for yourselves or check don ross's official site for tunings.
mistake on the uploader's part. on his website, it says that the tuning is standard
Wow he's really breathing his own music
This one is standard tuning, mate :)
Perhaps you're thinking of Zarzuela.
great great great, no more
why would it say EADGAE then?
its not standard tuning the normal b string is A instead, but its close. but your right there still is room for creativity in standard tuning.
