Riot Games works on making League of Legends the best game it can be everyday. But sometimes the developers of our beloved game over look some small details that in turn cause some major problem. Often times those problems take the form of quite interesting bugs and glitches.
And that's what were taking a look into today.

@@Ryu_Yin I'm sure Riot would be happy their employee cares about the game and the experience for players. All he said was "how haven't we fixed this yet". Riot doesn't seem to treat their employees as they do players, that time a legend of a rioter beat Tyler in a 1v1 while in the office and said "sit down kid, get good we'll see ya on twitter" the whole office just laughed, it ain't a big deal.

My favorite bug I've encountered:
As Zombie Brand, your laugh/taunt/joke would be heard by everyone on your team, no matter where they were on the map and even if they had their in game volume muted. Good times.

Well that was a script as opposed to a bug
yesiambetter x9 you can do it without scripts but the script just showed the spot you have to stand
Dont forget the xerath bug where u were able to do ur q at a specific place and hit every minion and enemy champs on the map
iirc that's the xerath global ult from fountain bug

o I saw elsewhere, that it was doable without the script, the script just showed where to aim, that would make it a bug that a script exploited

No mention to the time when Azir can put multiple towers by a bug and make League of Legends a tower defense? I think must be number 1.
Or when xerath could hit every enemy champion by hitting a certain spot in spawn. Could literally kill the enemy team.

Azir could hit towers with his soldiers and wouldn't get hit then they changed it of course.
Or the time of no cooldown summoner spells (or was it a hack?). "Fun" times when an enemy flashes around the whole map and smites everything and is like level 10 when you are still level 2.
You could also jump off the map with riven by jumping in the fountain
People used the tiamat glitch everywhere, even to avoid losing ARAM games. Imagine how frail your self esteem has to be when you can't handle losing a normal or an ARAM game...
That glitch is so funny u can run it down flame in ranked have fun and then do the glitch then u do the glitch and ur not banned

I was actually fuming with rage when i was winning a ranked and suddenly everyone dc'es and it didn't even show up on my match history.

Or Yuumi newly released on PBE could stack shield till the game crashed?
When they disabled champion passives?

A few other notable bugs:
Before the map had it's first visual rework, early league had 2 camera angles you could toggle between (top-down and angled), when they removed top-down, all of the visual effects for Lux's hit boxes were notably off-center for at least a month or two, though they worked fine in both angles before the change.
Shortly after pulse-fire Ezreal was released, a small update was pushed out to improve particles on his attacks... which somehow broke Tryndamere's spin attack to harm allies, so teams found they could heavily feed him through that bug.
For a while in Season 4 I believe, Nunu was bugged that when he was ulting from a bush, he would become visible to everyone regardless of normal visibility rules.
More "fun" than broken:
If both teams surrendered at the "same time", the slower team to do so would be deemed the losers.
Fixed last time I played, but for years if one player held off from voting during a surrender and it went through from the majority, the last player could /ff to get the prompt up again, and if players were fast enough to vote again, could get a second nexus explosion. (Also get it from surrendering close to time of it being destroyed via damage)
U can still get two explosions. When u finish the nexus surrender at the correct time and u are theirs explode first and then it pans over to yours exploding and you lose. We do that like 50 % of the time when we winning. Reactions are always the best

The gangplank situation was actually so funny though. They released him with a new look and a new E and passive, along with a new unique mechanic. Then when people were starting to play him because the new one was so good, he suddenly got disabled. Back then, I did read the lore so I know that Gangplank was supposedly "killed" in the story, so when I saw a notification that GP is disabled because he's dead, I was surprised but I just laughed it off. One of my friends at that time spammed the new gangplank in every game when GP was disabled he was confused why there is a notif that says he's dead, he asked us. Turned out he doesn't really care about the lore so he was surprised that GP was suddenly announced: "dead". Then later on he returned and my friend couldn't help but laugh because the New GP looks ugly compared to how he looked in his, now a skin, rework's first release.

I'm pretty sure whoever wrote that status message did it intentionally, too. I remember taking a screenshot of it when that happened, then a few days later they changed the wording so it didn't say that. I'm sure some rioter got in trouble for it lol.

How did you forget the biggest one of all? Riot releasing Darius & Draven. Whatever they did on release of those they broke the game so bad that they shut the game down for nearly 2 days, and when you finally got in queue when it was up, it took over 6 hours to get into the client because backup queue. Also another one was riven q'n off the map and going underneath being invisible.

The nunu bug happened if in the start of the game you were never seen by an enemy at all. Then yanked while rolling the snowball you would be invisible, it wouldn’t work if you ever stepped over a ward

Surprised kindred isnt on this list since she had a bug that caused people that looked at here to disconnect when she did a certain action (i forgot what. Think it was recalling or some stuff) but basiclly you could run in 1v5 move you cam away from kindred and press the butten corresponding with this action and you could basiclly disconnect anybody on command

JayEmmEss I think the one being talked about here was related to channeled abilities. You could get something with a small cast time, like a Tiamat, and just recall instantly

Well, there are many bugs that can occur when using "hacked" clients or when sending specially crafted network packets.
For example, you could launch Crystal Scar games for a while, after they've disabled it.
They've not patched in a map check for like 2 years after they've disabled it.
The game mode was not working normally anymore and you could not add any bots.
So the only thing you could do was playing hide and seek on a somewhat broken map.
Another bug was the "famous" trinket slot glitch, where items in the trinket slot would not have any cooldown.
Which meant you could just place BotRK in there and kill enemies instantly.
There were also bugs where you could actively cast Ashe's Q onto a Teammate (and giving him Ashe's Q Buff, which triggers the champion's passive).
On Azir this meant, he could infinitely cast turrets everywhere he hit.
And let's not forget the one time Riot games did not block One For All on the server-side of the public server.
Even before they've internally finished all tests, people were having fun on Howling Abyss with One For All.

Have any of you had the bug where you flash and always end up in dragon pit? I only had it for one game so idk what was even going on. mabey someone hacked, but every time someone would flash that game they would apear in dragon pit
Then 2nd has appeard again. This time its yassuo popping. Something thats even more wierd is that no one has to play yassuo for him to show up. He appears with a random level and a random name.

I know one too, a very recent one (from like a week ago). Junglers, if used their first charge of smite in last 15 sec before getting the second smite stack, the second stack would also go on full, not just 15 sec cooldown and oftenly that lead to drake/herald/buff loss, especially if invades happened, not to mention scuttle crab contests being super unfair if one player has smite unavailable, but the other one is fine
If I played this shit storm of a game in 2013 I’d just spam ranked games with the Tiamat glitch.

Great videos. I have a question that keeps buggin me. Im platinum 2~1 hardstuck for this season. Reason being I get a win streak of 8 games and then some disturbingly dumb match making occures. I get low golds in my team while enemy team is full plat. Im not booster and I gain a hard lead almost every single game. And when I get matched with those low elo subhumans I get lose streak up to 5 games and in every game i lose there are low golds
Does no one remember the time they messed up imput buffering/animation canceling? You were able to instantly recall. It was so broken they had to turn off ranked for two or three days until they could fix it.
