Fantastic figure!!! I just picked him up the other day and he is without a doubt the definitive Super Man in my collection. An absolutely beautiful figure and you did an excellent review of him Paul!!!
I got this from Warner Bros. eBay store as soon as I could. Ordered a second one along with Ledger Joker. Normally I don't collect for investment but I made an exception for Chris Reeve Superman in this scale. Fantastic piece.
lots and lots of complaints about this figure breaking. as with any neca figure, dunk it in hot water and loosen every joint as soon as you get it out of the package. mine had several stuck joints.
This wasn't announced until the day it came out? Damn, what NECA did here was pull a Beyonce Black Album with this figure. lol Like I said before, when Mattel drops the DC contract, DC should turned to NECA next since NECA does a great job with their DC figs so far.
+Talia al Ghul I don't think Mattel would ever let the contract expire. It's too much of a cash cow. But it would be incredible if NECA could get em. It would broaden things for them too as Walmart and other retailers would undoubtedly pick up more NECA figures to sell in their stores.

Got mine in the mail today! I'm so blown away by the head sculpt. Luckily, I didn't receive one with any of the leg joints breaking....PERFECT!

Was the Christopher Reeve's Superman cape that short. Never noticed in the movie but here it looks 1/2 too short. Other than that WOW!
