On Sunday, 5/3/20 at 23:4 at Flyin J # 470 your driver of truck 4789 was @ Pump 19 smoking a cigarette while pumping diesel fuel. When aproached and spoken to about this behavior, driver hollard "fuck you" and smiled smiled proudly.
Western Express does not have any trucks in their fleet with only 4 digits nor do they have any that start with the number 4. Their fleet at this time was number with 5 numbers either starting with a 1 a 2 or a 3. The 1s are freightliner the 2s are international and 3s are Volvo.
