Guys I know this feeling of being down. I respect people who stay humble from a fall. I even respect Tyson Fury who endured through mental health. I too had a bad time with anxiety I struggled a lot I also had insomnia problems. However now I am delivered from my insomnia. I was 19 at that time trying different religions, drugs , medications to try and sleep but I could not.
