Once the thermometer opens,hot coolant from within the engine block will flow to the radiator, the top hose will be hot, the lower hose will be somewhat less , so if the lower remains cold,it mean that there is a blockage, in the radiator, please don’t forget to subscribe,thanks 🙏

It's normal for your upper radiador hose to super hot and lower cold in normal tem operation..
