  • The JackRabbits MC hosted a Battle of the Borders at Three Peaks Oasis facility near Cedar City Utah. This was a joint race between the Utah based UMORA series and Nevada's MRAN series. It was a great turnout and a lot of fun to see and race with so many new people. The entire vibe of the race and facility was awesome!! Special thanks to the Pulsipher family who poured their heart and soul into this event.
I rode the struggle bus all day long and the heat took its toll on me, but spending the day racing with all my boys and so many friends, and having my family with me, totally made it worth it.
Ride along for one full lap to experience the course.

Mike...good to see you back on the bike. Are you all healed up from Snowville?

Just waiting for my thumbnail to fall off, but other than that, I'm back :)

did you start picking up the jumps at the end? I was not giving any of them the full send until the last lap then I wondered why I had been scared.

A few of them yes. I loved that they were marked with single or triple dangers because I was having a hard time memorizing which ones were which, but I was getting it by the end of 5 laps :)

Whatd did you think of your Sherco while you had it?

You might be thinking of my son Josh with "RideWithTheKnights". You can check out his video of the same race here (racing his Sherco): th-cam.com/video/K0j5ShquRcE/w-d-xo.html
He still has it. He does a lot racing with it and doe amazingly well, but its strength is trail riding. He loves it for that. I can almost guarantee he has torture tested that thing more than just about any Sherco 2 stroke out there. The poor thing has been ridden hard and is still going strong. In the neighborhood of 300 hours and only one top end (time for another). The only major mechanical failure was a grenaded clutch that he replaced with an OEM clutch and basket.
