Thank you for helping me not be so hard on myself because I don’t always get to things in the garden on time sometimes. Every time you say you know you haven’t gotten something done, I say me too girl and smile cause you are like, when I get to it.
You got it all! Love it 🪴 I have 2 blueberry 🫐 bushes. Last yr., I got 2 blueberries, the mockingbirds ate them before they ripened. This yr., I just covered my bushes, they already ate 1/2 of the berries. Now they’re screaming & trying to get through the netting. 😜

Beautiful garden tour ❤ I got my garden put in late but it's coming along. I think the "pretty plant" may be a Balloon Flower (medicinal in Asian culture). Please keep doing updates on it.
It amazes me to know you have success growing what I have trouble with (calendula, onions) and vice versa (sunflowers, carrots). 😅 I'm in zone 8.
Try putting a 15-17 inch saucer for the bottom of your fabric bags (the ones with potatoes growing in them that are being beat up by the sun) because they dry out quicker and set up a shade station for them. I use 2 of my extra t-posts on opposite sides, recycle my solo cups by putting them upside down on the top so they dont shred the shade cloth I drape over them.

Make sure your " Milkweed " is native .I just learned a lot of Milkweed carries a disease that can actually harm the butterflies and keep them from breeding or have abnormal butterflies. I even was told the seeds i purchased were not the NATIVE ones for my area ( north Florida).Most cities have websites for native plants vs invasive plants.

Luffas looking good. I too had plants that looked pretty puny last year until it got good and hot and then look out😂 as far as not being a sprayer of things… We have that in common! We also have very very holey eggplant in common! I have attempted to squish a few flea beetles this year but they’re not as easy to grab as squash bugs are! Here’s hoping we both get a decent harvest 🍆
You can spray just about anything (except lettuce, spinach, etc) with soapy water if it's getting chewed up. Many blessings everyone.
Your unknown plant with pretty flowers is the Ice plant also called sedum .grows unbrella head punk flowers lovely pink .dies off late autumn early winter comes back every year

Milkweeds form pods filled with seeds after flowering. But the seeds have their own parachutes that help them fly on the wind. If you don't want them flying here and there you'll need to prune the pods before they dry and split. Also in VA zone 7a.

Love your channel i have already leared to hand polinate focus more on airflow and only allow one leader. ive only used tomato cages, but believe me next year, I will use Tpost, cause grasshoppers kicked my butt last year.

I feel like I'm always harvesting sage and it grows like crazy! It was actually in a raised bed that I tore up and somehow came back up in my in ground garden. I tilled the area last year and everything!
