    Super well done video. I'm impressed. I just bought a cheap HP 14TQ1003C to convert to Linux. I've been putting off wiping out Win 11 with Linux but I get lost in all the mumble jumbo. I've done it to two other laptops but usually something comes up that wasn't covered in the dozens of other tutorials I've watched, so I basically experiment until it works. I hate the stress it creates. I did notice that you said nothing about partitioning when installing. Everyone else ALWAYS sets up partitions. What should I do? I'm not a computer geek but have been messing with OS's since DOS. I think I get especially confused with simpler and simpler operating systems. LOL I'm going to have this video running while updating my laptop. Be healthy, stay safe and many blessings, Morgan

    • @Digital-Scriptorium
      @Digital-Scriptorium  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No problem! Generally just letting the Linux OS do partitions by default is the way to go these days. Back in the day it was more of a manual process.

    Thank you for this video. It's been about three years in the making but I finally fucked Windows off and after much deliberation and thought, I finally moved to Linux Mint. Your video made installation painless. Thank you for that. If you make any more videos about Linux Mint that might help me in future, useful features, commands that are crucial to know, how to streamline for games or great software packages that you recommend, it would be much appreciated.
