Xbox would've died a decade ago if it didn't have Microsoft money behind it. I think they essentially could've just retired the name entirely after the Xbox One. Everything since has been then focusing more of being MICROSOFT and the PC side of gaming and they're succeeding. All of the kids in my family want gaming PCs. They don't want PS5s they barely want Xboxs, they want a PC. Thats Microsoft winning kids while the adults argue that they're not winning anything. Well those kids become adults pretty soon and they're gonna be adults that don't fuck with the PS6.
I'd say Xbox is a ecosystem above all else, where you can access their ecosystem within their platforms or on the platform of your choosing, while also having their own exclusive benefits and perks, with some games exclusive to them, some that are temporary/timed exclusives, and some that are release as Xbox exclusive until they see their max growth. I mean this is essentially what Xbox has been building up to for some time. No one should be surprised about the Indiana Jones news, besides Xbox choosing to literally cut off their own toes by announcing the release date for Xbox and simultaneously letting everyone know they don't gotta buy an xbox because the game is coming a few months later. No other publisher/platform does that kinda thing besides Xbox. They did that crap with Tomb Raider too lmao. Though I think they did that because they literally got dog piled by damn near everyone for making the game "(timed) exclusive" lol
@@JTsavage7577 No your save will be fine, just things in your save that uses some mods that aren't official mods will likely be broken and removed from your save game. But achievements obviously get blocked if your save uses a bunch of mods.

I know these titles are exciting, but I'm asking and urging those willing to wait until after the strike ends to buy any struck publishers' games instead of buying on day one!
Arkham Asylum is very "I'm out"-able UNTIL you go outside for the first time. I literally played the game twice over like 8 years and then when l finally picked it up the third time and got to the part where you go outside the asylum, l ended up not putting the franchise down until l was done with the DLC of Knight. Arkham City is actually the much better game to just jump right in.

@@MrYagami14 I've been a lifelong gamer. I'm an hour in and none of these games look interesting. Almost every game is either an Overwatch clone, a Soulslike, a JRPG or an indie game. Back in the 360 generation we got an awesome AAA game every other month, now we're lucky to get one a year
@fixation9281 We just had less games showcases. It's easy to think that there's all these AAA games when you're only seeing the top 10 games that there are. Now there's so many games that are okay that come out between all the top hitters and they're also given the same focus to sell themselves.

No. Indiana Jones was not an exclusive game in the contract with Disney and they changed that last year to make it an exclusive game.
