Lyft pre-tip. I wouldn't doubt that Lyft is removing it and keeping it and then instructing support to pay back on 50% of calls that come in from the drivers complaining. It's a win win for Lyft.
I've had a passenger call my actual number and leave a note on my car. I was furious! Uber actually gave out my number, but drivers need to make sure their cell number is not on their voicemail. I had another incident w a passenger calling me, and I believe that's how he got my number.
Please give good advice to drivers,tell them start using their cars as billboards,write what they think about Uber and Lyft ceo,how they robbing drivers and riders,I know you want to make money with your videos,educate them,invite me in your show .I have a degree in marketing in business administration,I know how to market driver issues to American people
Only rides that were rated count toward the star rating. If you get a 1 star rating, it will sit there until the driver cycles 500 RATED RIDES. So, if a driver only drives 20 trips per week, it won’t fall off for a LOOOONG time! So, the 1 star will fall off for a rated ride of 2 or more stars. Now, if that ride was about to fall off and that 500th rated ride is a 1 star, it will have to cycle through 500 rated rides.
Who cares if you don't care about the rating showing us what we got. We want to see it. I'm still pissed about comfort being added to Uber x because I only ran comfort in thr city and now I'm forced to decline crappy Uber x ride.
Uber ditched me 4 years ago. I've appealed repeatedly without success. With so many improvements in driver assessment, is it not time for uber to give a reprieve for drivers deactivated over 2 years? I have served 4 years as of April this year

Why is it when it’s cracking doing Uber that is that they try to take you away from everything they don’t try to keep you in the area to take multiple calls and then this extra 20% and sensitive crap where are you supposed to take multiple trips after trip yeah I would take it if they give you a good one after the first one

42:00 500 RATED TRIPS not 500 trips. If rider presses SKIP and doesnt rate you- that trip doesnt go in to the rating stats.
With Uber Eats ratings matter because the different tiers allow you to access emergency backup funds.
