When brought up to the DD CEO, we were told "We support the right of the migrants to work in the US." These illegals literally took over our jobs, and we were hit the hardest. Thank God Trump won, but be ready to report them because some of these people are going to refuse to leave

You hit the nail on the head. They are keeping a blind eye to all of this because their shareholders are the only things that matter to them. Unfortunately, it’s gonna take something horrific to happen for them to see.
Driver here in Miami and we are getting crushed. My business has been cut in half.. My bigger concern is how do they background check these people? I know of a case of an illegal being set-up with a fake account and being arrested for improperly touching a female client. I’ve heard horror stories from clients coming from out of town.
You’re correct Michael. We are getting killed here in South Florida has made it almost impossible to do food delivery or rideshare when they were so many illegals driving.
The background check is done on the actual account holder. The account holder then “rents” their account to the illegal immigrant. The one failsafe action against this is in the moment facial recognition. If your A/R is 100%, they are much less likely to scrutinize the acct.
My acceptance rate hovers around 20% & I get a request for a picture maybe 1-2x a week. If they cared about safety they would ask for it every few hours.
Venezuela national was killed not long ago doing Uber, he just arrived to the country and two days he was already doing Uber eats, how do you get a social security in two days? Background check, a license.? it makes no sense

How many times have I said it, Sergio? Riders are noticing all the sketchy drivers, cars, etc. And they are NOT liking it. Been driving rideshare since 2017. Not Once. NOT ONCE, prior to this past 12 months did I ever hear a rider say, "Oh! You speak English!" Now? 3, 4, 5 or more times per week is standard. Riders are more open & receptive to hiring you directly now than they ever have been.
Ironically it seems that riding a Yellow cab or similar is safer. At least id is in front of you. They tried to destroy that service w their initial ridiculous low fares. Now it's coming back on them.
Oh man, the Spark drivers fit all the bills you guys are discussing. I work for Walmart pick-up in my city, so I regularly interact with all of the drivers. Most of them don't speak English, have the dirtiest cars, and don't even know what to do. Some of the cars are just FULL of dog hair and cigarette ashes. I just think what if the customer is allergic, or it gets into the groceries. They want to pile YOUR food on top of all their car trash. They very openly talk to each other like a clan or something. They take each others deliveries and map out their own custom routes, work other people's shifts. I've even seen one put out a joint as I approached their vehicle. Told my supervisor all this, but he didn't care because money. I see at least 3 new faces every week that I suspect have been recruited in this underground gig ring. It's been such a revealing experience for me, and I will never have any of my groceries delivered, because it could very well be one of them doing my order. No thank you.
You will find that most of these people probably live in the same neighborhoods. Usually when migrants come in, they group in the same areas or the same apartments or the same streets. where I live in West Palm Beach we have about 5 mi.² area that is 100% immigrants and they all know each other and each other’s families and they take up for each other. They defend each other. Also, if you ever go to the cell phone lots at the airport where the Uber and Lyft stations are, you will also see a bunch of them group together and it’s almost like they’re gang they group together and exclude anyone who is not in there profile per se. I started doing Uber back in August this year. My formula that I use to accept rides is look at the total time divided by two if the offer is that or more, I will usually accept unless it’s heading completely out of town. At first when I was pro blue and pro gold I wasn't getting very many offers that met my goal.. But it kept pushing and accepting. When I reached pro platinum I noticed a big change. Almost everything I was being offered met or exceeded my goal.. So now for the last 3-4 weeks I am averaging $30/hour. And as far as mileage.. It is approximately $1.15 per mile. Oh by the way my acceptance rate is 89%... so I’m really feeling like the metrics that they use to grade you plays an important part along with your vehicle when it comes to the offers that you receive..
@@Fishin4funout4trout one last thing to mention is the times of the day that I choose to work. For me it is early mornings between 5 AM and 10 AM and then again in the afternoon between 3 and 7 PM. I work about six hours a day maybe a little more.

This is how it works. Any human being who has little children to feed, or old parents to care for, will do anything to provide for them. Now, it is up to Employers to decide who is going to work for them. They are the ones turning a blind eye to it and hiring whomever. Uber is not an Employer, we all know that, and they are getting paid one way or another and don´t care. So, nothing changes! That being said, shut up and drive or not. It is your decision!
Umber is out of control deactivating drivers on false claims from haters.noone can deactivate an airplane pilot or a train conductor. This is very unreasonable to be playing with people livelihoods.
Someone that has a criminal record won’t pass the requirement to access a legal account legally. So they have found a way to work illegally and no one else will hire them.
This guy works in West Hollywood has 2accts pretending he has a twin and make $$$ per day My mind tells me they are moles inside the corporate office I know in San Francisco they have them Drivers talk They do nothing about Support they listen and throw away the complaints in the garbage
Interesting, so what happens to arbitration. If a consumer is hurt in a car accident driven by an illegal account holder. Now in reality. This could be very important to a lawyer. And I don’t think arbitration would hold up in a court of law. Not to mention the owner of the car being sued. The illegal driver being sued. And the great gig Empire threatened.
Now from a saturation perspective, think about all those orders where you might’ve pulled up to somebody’s house and you got two other cars coming at the same time and you’re the only one who knows English. I start thinking about all of the batches that could be mine
The accounts needs to be vetted better. Background checks assure us that the basic standards are met. You aren’t entitled to skip the process by committing fraud via rental accounts.
I drive in Las Vegas and over the last couple months I went from averaging $30/hr to barely averaging about $22/hr. My riders keep telling me they are getting immigrant drivers that don’t speak English and are really unsafe drivers. It’s bad for the riders and the drivers but usual Uber could care less as long as they are bringing in huge profits.
The problem is that most politicians failed the legit drivers, Example here Texas local government such as city of Austin ,Houston and San Antonio wanted to protect the public safety ran by democrat mayors made Uber and Lyft drivers in 2014 to under go FBI ran background checks and fingerprints , but instead of complying with the law the rider share companies , went to State government ran by republicans under Greg Abbott as the governor and overrides the local government and it became law that the ride share companies ran the background checks by themselves.
That’s the problem with states and government getting involved and dictating the earnings guarantee, Not all states get a fair shake, Here in Syracuse NY it’s $26 an hour, just SHIT IMO, Uber and Lyft I’m sure makes offers equivalent to this nowadays or less
The algorithm works like an auction it pings the lowest fair and if nobody takes it raises it some and it keeps going until someone accepts. If nobody takes the low paying orders we would all benefit.
Unfortunately all drivers are not in the same boat. Greed comes in. Riders complain no one gets them because Uber does not pay the driver enough so they get stranded. The drivers cherry pick leaving the farther and less profitable trips for us higher level drivers. We need at least 85% to keep our level. Too many don't care about acceptance rates. Too many drivers give out their numbers for private trips, thus cutting into available trips for the rest of us. Uber makes out, the greedy driver makes out, the customer makes out with cash trips while the rest of us high phase drivers are left with accepting low pay trips and thus higher expenses. The only feasible way to compete is being greedy like alot of drivers or quit.
Wridz has the concept. The problem is that they do not understand the value of marketing. Relying on in car advertising is crazy. I use to drive for them. But, have given up. 3 strategic billboards, in the summer would have crushed Uber & Lyft. Drivers would drive exclusively for a well paying Co. However, they do not understand marketing. Ask Wridz, how l9ng they have been in business, what is their growth numbers? Not percentage. That can be misleading. I had hopes for them. But, they fail to understand strategic marketing. .
Colorado has given over 200,000 drovers licenses to undocumented (illegal) immogrants. I see about 30 to 50 cars without liscense plates here in denver per day. Denver went from around 20/hr to 13/hr.
10/28/2024 I was picked up by uber. Driver was not as picture car was. Halfway through drive police stopped us. 4 police cars. Driver removed at gunpoint. Iam disabled veteran The police removed me and sat on ground. I had 500$ in groceries in trunk. The officers removed his tag from car. Arrested Driver. I mean what about me? They told me get another ride. What about my 500$ in groceries? Officer asked Driver to open trunk. Didn't help me. Just dumped groceries on ground. Told me call uber get new ride. Cant..uber still in ride. Can't get App then called me ask if ok. I explained explained..took 2 hours to get new ride. Spoiled groceries and uber never. refunded . His car got towed. I see this alot. Crooks..criminals. I live in orlando and so common. Crime on rise. Bill
You nailed it.. it could have been fixed a long time ago but then what would they campaign on. You also don’t hear about it until about 8 months before the election
Hey Trumpers, don’t blame the government, blame the corporations circumventing the laws for greedy profits. And blame Trump for killing the tough immigration bill so he could campaign on it a second time after not fixing it the first time. Trent said it. Fund more judges and clean out the backlog.
It’s true republicans politicians are in pocket with these ride share companies they’re so corrupt, example here in Texas local government/ city regulated Uber/ Lyft back in 2014 requiring drivers to take background checks and fingerprints by FBI.Cities like Austin Houston and San Antonio ran by democrats mayors went for public safety. Uber and Lyft instead of complaining they went to the state ran by republicans in the house senate and governorship. Under Greg Abbott and overriding the law regarding fingerprinting for drivers for Uber and Lyft
Not just us rideshare drivers but the entire nation is paying the price right now of voting stupid in the last election. Because nobody wanted to vote for the mean guy. Please think before you vote this time as to what would be best for your ride.Share business and for the country in general even if that person is a little mean and abrasive.

They use someone else’s account that has no background check problems.
As a customer, if the identity doesn’t match you need to report this through the app.
Exactly 💯
I get facial recognition 1-2 times a week with low acceptance rate .
Utah rideshare is run over with them too!
Not to mention food delivery apps
Definitely 💯
This guy works in West Hollywood has 2accts pretending he has a twin and make $$$ per day
My mind tells me they are moles inside the corporate office
I know in San Francisco they have them
Drivers talk
They do nothing about
Support they listen and throw away the complaints in the garbage
We actually talked about that last BTW
Interesting, so what happens to arbitration. If a consumer is hurt in a car accident driven by an illegal account holder. Now in reality. This could be very important to a lawyer. And I don’t think arbitration would hold up in a court of law. Not to mention the owner of the car being sued. The illegal driver being sued. And the great gig Empire threatened.
Arbitration is bad for everyone
Now from a saturation perspective, think about all those orders where you might’ve pulled up to somebody’s house and you got two other cars coming at the same time and you’re the only one who knows English. I start thinking about all of the batches that could be mine
Yep 💯
The accounts needs to be vetted better.
Background checks assure us that the basic standards are met. You aren’t entitled to skip the process by committing fraud via rental accounts.
💯💪
I drive in Las Vegas and over the last couple months I went from averaging $30/hr to barely averaging about $22/hr. My riders keep telling me they are getting immigrant drivers that don’t speak English and are really unsafe drivers. It’s bad for the riders and the drivers but usual Uber could care less as long as they are bringing in huge profits.
💯💯
LEMMING EFFECT
Shhhhh🤫🤫 Uber doesn't want to talk about this 😒🙉
They better get used to it
Amazing content!
Thanks 🙏
Get a W-2 Job y'all and then supplement your income with ride-sharing.
What happens when they have to do a random face verification with Uber?
That's why uber and lyft algorithm goes down and down. 3.55 uber ride disappears in a second wonder who is accepting.
Yep 💯
Good job, guys.
Thanks 👍
That is the American way.. sad and so true.
🙏
That’s the problem with states and government getting involved and dictating the earnings guarantee,
Not all states get a fair shake,
Here in Syracuse NY it’s $26 an hour, just SHIT IMO,
Uber and Lyft I’m sure makes offers equivalent to this nowadays or less
Thanks for the comment
12:16 that makes sense,I am in the teens on the AR,and have to face recognition every damn day
💯💯
The algorithm works like an auction it pings the lowest fair and if nobody takes it raises it some and it keeps going until someone accepts. If nobody takes the low paying orders we would all benefit.
Ok, this was not about that, algo doesn't raise the trash offers anywhere near enough
There are too many immigrants, too many workers chasing too few jobs, impoverishment of the working class.
💯💯
Two of my favorite people 🙌
Thanks brother means a lot
Thanks 🙏🙏
Dont be a puzi and do cadh and venmo rides.
But, they fail to understand strategic marketing. .
Agree 👍
Sergio, is your family name Armenian? LA has a large Armenian population. My mechanic here in Phoenix is Armenian! From Philly
i have not gotten an Uber monthly statement for September. is anyone else having the same issue?
Colorado has given over 200,000 drovers licenses to undocumented (illegal) immogrants. I see about 30 to 50 cars without liscense plates here in denver per day. Denver went from around 20/hr to 13/hr.
Thanks
Thanks
10/28/2024 I was picked up by uber. Driver was not as picture car was. Halfway through drive police stopped us. 4 police cars.
Driver removed at gunpoint.
Iam disabled veteran
The police removed me and sat on ground.
Can't get
App then called me ask if ok. I explained explained..took 2 hours to get new ride.
Spoiled groceries and uber never.
refunded . His car got towed.
I see this alot.
Crooks..criminals.
I live in orlando and so common.
Crime on rise.
Bill
Ultimately politician has to get involved
Border issues and other issues never get fixed because then you can't campaign on those issues
You nailed it.. it could have been fixed a long time ago but then what would they campaign on. You also don’t hear about it until about 8 months before the election
This is not about politics, this is about safety
@@sergioSMTMC1 true, crime is a safety issue also but politicians know exactly how to continue to campaign on it.
😮
Hey Trumpers, don’t blame the government, blame the corporations circumventing the laws for greedy profits. And blame Trump for killing the tough immigration bill so he could campaign on it a second time after not fixing it the first time. Trent said it. Fund more judges and clean out the backlog.
Move on man, take those talking points with you
It’s true republicans politicians are in pocket with these ride share companies they’re so corrupt, example here in Texas local government/ city regulated Uber/ Lyft back in 2014 requiring drivers to take background checks and fingerprints by FBI.Cities like Austin Houston and San Antonio ran by democrats mayors went for public safety. Uber and Lyft instead of complaining they went to the state ran by republicans in the house senate and governorship. Under Greg Abbott and overriding the law regarding fingerprinting for drivers for Uber and Lyft
👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
Trump 2024
His is right on the money. 👍👍👍
Imagine Trump and Vance catch wind of this and promise to do something about it for the driver vote.
Sergio you’re in a unique position to get people in power to listen.
That'll be nice
@@anthonqx22I am and I'm thankful for it
Not just us rideshare drivers but the entire nation is paying the price right now of voting stupid in the last election. Because nobody wanted to vote for the mean guy. Please think before you vote this time as to what would be best for your ride.Share business and for the country in general even if that person is a little mean and abrasive.
💯💯
Do you want to be a politician ? Your hate towards immigrants is quite obvious in your shows. Your famous sentence is THEY CAN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH, so if you are trying to switch your career, come up with some better plans , and don't use RSG for your future plans. The man who hires you creates this platform for geek workers, but you Sergio using this platform for your political career. You are just spreading hate against immigrants.
You're nothing but a troll, move on
Last time I checked, I didn't see you on the RSG board, is the video about illegal immigration? Pack it up and move on, you're lucky we don't block but you're definitely a top candidate
Don't make this a political show.
Not at all, it's reality
If you live in the US, you can’t avoid politics. Bad politics are affecting us all.
