Cross Mount Survival Drill White Belt Beast vs Brown Belt.
We are both Law Enforcement Officers that train jiu jitsu at the same academy and we are having a friendly roll. I'm starting with him in my Cross Mount Position to practice defense, escapes etc. BJJ emphasizes techniques that enable practitioners to control and restrain individuals without relying on strikes or weapons, which can help officers subdue suspects more safely and effectively. BJJ Cops…a friendly side mount survival drill with a white belt who's testing for his blue. That guy is crazy strong 40 lbs heavier and 20 years younger than the brown belt and is just a good dude.
