This was a year that NFL Films put together basically a music video for a particular player or coach, for example, the Chiefs against the Saints to the tune of Streisand's "The Way We Were" for Hank Stram. Anyway, they did a piece on Walter Payton to the tune if Carly Simon's "Nobody Does It Better," which was such a classic that they broadcast it again a couple weeks later. I know there are likely copyright issues, cut would love to see that one again. Thanks for doing these.

WOW, did all that happen in this forgotten pathetic NFC central division.?! LOL, just kidding...i know its what's been going on in this division for so many years, because Hell, even the great Aaron Rodgers only managed to win one SB, and made it to a few others....wait, he did at least make it there one more time right...?
@@Captwalker70 He just has the one Super Bowl. It would sure be neat to see him pull a Tom Brady and Win the Super Bowl with the Jets his first year. 😁
@@stevereber Well anythings possible i guess, but thought the Jets were happy with there current QB?? Either way, as far as divisions go, the AFC South is giving any other of any era a run for there money as far as being the worst ever in the NFL...but Jacksonville and there long-haired QB named Lawrence(which is not a good name according to Full Metal Jacket-but just saying) might just be another team to watch out for, but there has been just too much weird shit going on lately with how KC won that last SB when the Eagles pretty much had it...i'm just not sure about anything anymore that has to do with the NFL, period.
@@Captwalker70 You do know Aaron Rodgers was Traded to The Jets. And Yes Jaguars and Coach Pederson and Trevor Lawrence are gonna get better. Trevor is a Winner , Coach Pederson is a Good Coach
@@stevereber Yes i agree, and as much as i really don't even like almost anything to do with Florida(dont ask why) i think KC is overated and i would much rather see any team win it all by just being the very best, not relying on smoke and mirrors or trick plays or whatever...and honestly i can really only go back to the '85 Bears as being THAT dominant, but even they did not even make it back after that, which also raises many questions??? So maybe there is something to be said about the Chiefs at least making it back and winning, regardless of whether it was "staged" or not(who the hell even knows other than those people in the much higher places/positions that you would not even want to try to expose, if you know what i mean...?!) either way i really dont even care anymore, sports in general is ALL BS in my opinion...
Strange that Pittsburgh could hit on all cylinders here but couldn't/didn't sustain this execution, being beaten convincingly in the playoffs by the Broncos. Dallas took this loss as a needed dose of humility amidst their juggernaut hype, and went on a seven win tear, torching their playoff opponents 87-23. I'm glad the Cowboys got these losses against St. Louis and Pittsburgh, the cure against complacency that could easily have sabotaged them come post season time. Like how the 1984 49ers and 1985 Bears got their heads swatted by single losses to the Steelers and Dolphins, restoring any lost intensity and sharpening their teeth for the rest of the season. In New Orleans, Doomsday would have been unstoppable against any opponent.
Don Criqui was superlative.
Thank you for every single one of these videos!! Just like Christmas for me!!!

Only Efren Herrera could have stopped them. 😂
