That’s some really good advice given around the Stigma of Mental Health, it’s a hard battle and no one needs to think they have to do it alone.
There is plenty of services available or like u said talk to a family member or Parents.

You have such a real aspect about telling shit how it is.. so much respect to you, I’ve been back in the country for 5 days and unfortunately spent 3 of them in Wyong hospital… wow bro just wow, i won’t elaborate on what I witnessed ATM.. but fuk was certainly an eye opener .. mainly from the grandparents and parent victims.. pretty fukn sad shit.. some people just go down rabbit holes and can’t get out.. I know people that have been stuck there for 25 years plus.. looking forward to seeing this 💯 your a great man Paddo ❤

It's crazy police don't know how to difuse situations like this or how identify and deal with someone with a mental illness..good breakdown of the situation.
Cops escalate situations to up charges.
Never thought of that.. i know they will not let you exit their questioning to the point of lethal force with no crime having been committed.
