Good yarn NP. In 2010 I was going to buy a house in Sin City a nice little brick joint 3 bedroom with garage attached $215 000. Had a 10am appointment Saturday Morning the real estate agent spoke to my wife on phone and worked out we were not going to rent it out but were planing on living there with 3 young daughters and he lost it. He made us meet him a little bit before the turn off into the joint where I think he put on a ballistics vest and then spent half hour trying to talk us out of it he was so serious " you just cant move in there with your kids mate its a f*%king zoo of lost souls please give me a week to find you something else" thank god we listened. The sad part is there are a few alright ones in there but they get used as baby sitters and such and as for outsiders going in there they are mortal enemies until the cry goes out then its a army of crazed psychos.
