    You guys have no idea how incredibly interesting this is for "foreigners" to watch!
    This is something so unique that we would otherwise never get to see, exploring a tropical jungle, seeing all these "exotic" trees, fruits, animals etc. This is so fascinating, thank you so much for sharing all of this! I hope you make lots of money with this channel and can keep uploading this interesting content for us to get an insight into this (for us) foreign world :)

    Darlene and Boris make sure you save those bamboo trees and other fruit bearing trees, which is also beneficial for wildlife. In the long run, both humans and animals are going to enjoy its produce. If you find wild plants called panuon and dalikan, make sure you preserve them because they're both edible for human and wild animals such as turtles. Posted from Los Angeles, California🇺🇲

    It is your land, and sure, you can develop the way you want, but please do it responsively. Natural resources are the treasure of a country, including the animals, like the walking stick you found. Check with experts in DNR to assist in identifying and perhaps ways to protect or relocate to areas reserved for none development. Who knows, there may be some endangered. You can make your land an eco tourism place where the wild is valued and showcased. You can augment with food & drink products such as coffee, cacao, dragon fruit, etc. Nature is loved by God, who blesses those who care for them. After all, we are only custodians of the earth for a season. God bless and may you be guided by the spirit.

    Honestly you can not leave your land like a jungle. When your land is a jungle with over grown trees, shrubs, weeds & other plants…it attracts …snakes…venomous snakes…& Phillipines Hasan abundance of snakes… herein Australia the council regulates the maintenance of vacant land. We there are grown weeds, trees, shrubs…the council issues a fine. The burden of clearing falls to the land owner. The council can not tolerate a breeding grounds for snakes. Snakes in Australia are majority venomous. Philippines is tropical a very good weather for snakes…so scary…

    • @agile-j4d

      No offense but this is not Australia, the whole area where they are is nothing but jungle. Clearing a few hectares of forest in an entire island covered with jungle isn't going to do anything in terms of snakes.
      This isn't a suburban neighborhood in Australia where it matters when there is a significant area that's overgrown, they live in the jungle.
      Sometimes people here are so ignorant and clueless towards other parts of the world.
      The whole world doesn't look and function like the west.
      And I'm from the west myself but this is not how it is in other parts of the world. That's like going to the amazon forest and saying you need to clear your land because there are snakes there. Duh. It's the jungle. There will always be snakes there and there is absolutely no reason to remove jungle there, it's all jungle.
      The only reason to do it is for their enjoyment of the land.

    • @edithaquino-js4pf

      @@agile-j4d hola!!! No offense taken! But no matter where you live…. Land that is LEFT as a jungle will definitely have snakes. It is a good place for snakes to live, thrive and have a family of snakes… land that is jungle needs to be cleared!

    • @edithaquino-js4pf

      @@agile-j4d Their land is NOT the Amazon…definitely not. They do intend to live in that land…therefore clearing that land will not only safe haven with snakes and when land is cleared …the danger of fires is also eliminated. The land can be an entertainment anytime…but a cleared, clean and safety land can also be achieve.

    • @agile-j4d

      @@edithaquino-js4pf I mean yeah that is exactly the problem, land that is jungle absolutely does not need to be cleared, when you live....in the jungle!
      How do you not get that? They are surrounded by jungle. Should the whole island be cleared because there are native snakes there?
      This is such a bizarre statement.
      Again, this is not an urban place. This is the wilderness. You don't have to clear anything there.
      Yes there will be snakes. So what? They live in the jungle. That's life.
      If they want to use the land for something they can clear it. If not, it just stays jungle, like everything else around them and it has zero impact on anything because it's just part of the rest of the jungle around them.

      I disagree on planting coconut trees because falling fruits are DANGEROUS to adults and children. Plant JACKFRUIT (langka) trees instead. Buy ONE fruit and plant all the SEEDS. When the trees produce fruit -- share them with your neighbors and they will LOVE you! You have a big property, so make sure you plant other fruit trees like rambutan, mangp, calamansi, avocado, atis, guava, and chico. You probably have bananas and papayas growing there already. Good luck, you two lovebirds!

    If you can buy a concrete cemented mojon and bring cement that is good. You can put the mohon straight away after the surveyor tell you the boundery. Stick the cemento mojon taller that Darlin to the ground. If you are able to pay the whole lot in cash, I suggest you spend and get a boundery stick to the ground so that it will be safe and easy to find by the time you want to cultivate or utilise or work your land area. The simple sticky you put in the ground is easy to missed and easy to remove by strangers. So please be wise and think ahead

    Good enough that you had it surveyed. If i were you, put permanent markers like concrete mojon so you won't,lose tract of the real boundary,of your land, and then have it fence. It will be very expensive if you will have it relocated again and again. Bury the concrete mojon, put a concrete post and thats it. It becomes a permanent marker. Good luck.

    BEAUTIFUL property, guys! Make sure not to cut down or kill rare and endemic plants or trees, like the ube, tree ferns, orchids, narra, etc.

    Congrats, that's a huge property, You can do wonders in that land.Both of you have this positive energy that really matches well with each other. Perhaps you can watch Bomanoma eco lodge and organic farm on how rhey started everything from dry soil to now a self sustaining ecolodge that caters tourist around the world. Its not big, so maybe you can get an idea since your land is bigger than them. 😊

    I think when the surveyor was saying "side shot" he meant that it was the corner mark for the neighbors land, so you know that that spot lies directly on your boundary in between your corner markers.

    Glad to see you both enjoying your property. It’s scary to see you ride your motorcycle without your helmets. Please, always wear your helmets. Accidents can happen anywhere, anytime . It’s always better to be safe than sorry. God bless you both.
