Was ka nang magreklamo. In the previous video, Darlene mentioned that she is not well 😅 with tagalog as she is an Ilokano speaker. Plus, the ha international viewers/subscribers who only understand English and not tagalog. M9st Filipinos understand English well, and you're the only one who cannot, so please stop complaining, and please do not order them to do what you want them to do. Please understand.😅
Keep leaves etc for compost and mulch. Use the caraboo's droppings for compost You need to play with you dog, so she can get use to you and take her for walks
❤ That looks like a large farm for a new couple. Most just buy lots big enough to build a house and pool but you have enough to have many different plants . God Bless always ❤️🔥🙌 AMEN
Great that you feed them !!! Just shows that you are both great human being. Those people worked so hard under the heat and they're not that expensive. They will feel appreciated . And gives you a big smile on your faces that you made them feel appreciated !!!
If you have tall coconut trees, you can make it into lumber and replace it with dwarf coconut like Tacunan or Catigan. It can bear fruits after 3-4 years. Also, plants iron bamboo, it is good for kubo, house or property fence construction. Plants some bearing fruits like Davao pommelo, mango, banana, etc.
Put up a small kubo or temporary shade for you to relax in. Bring home-cooked food and have a picnic. That’s a nice piece of property you have over there. Praying for you both.
I agree with the home cook much more cheaper than buying all the time In karindirya. Even just monggo and fish much more better or with merienda like boiled banana or bread than biscuits.
BETTER TO BURN WHAT HAS BEEN CUT..IT Will BE GOOD FOR YOUR SOIL AND WOULD not be a hiding place for snakes ..YOU DO HAVE LOTS OF SNAKES IN THAT AREA.... ..good.luck on building your farm Haus...💙💙
Just a friendly advise.. I can relate in the same scenario in my younger years in the province before we transfered to the city . There are 2 kinds of contracting farm workers my parents had before: 1) daily basis salary wherein we provided 2x merienda ( mid am and afternoon) and " heavy" lunch .So in this case meals must be provived by the " employer/ contractor" 2) or the so called "pakyaw"..its quite a bit higher than the daily basis salary but they' ll take care or provide themselves their own food already.(and lesser stress for you).
Hello Darlene n Boris.Happy to see the progress at your land. Also happy for the gifts you received specially the crochet needles n yarn. I too love to crochet. One advice please take your puppy Belka to the vet . Maybe you will need to give her a deworming tablet and anti rabies vaccine.Praying you can build a beautiful,, cozy home n have a happy life together. God bless you both.
This is what we do in the north, we usually serve food. We serve lunches and sometimes 2 snacks 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Your fur baby is growing and following command already. The workers are good workers, they did a great job.
The workers r resilient n hardworking people. Slowly but surely yr piece of land will b transformed to lots of fruit trees. Always stay safe Darlene n Boris. 👍🙏
Those are Yellowbelles and are garden / ornamental plants. You don't have to completely destroy them. Just trim them regularly maybe up to waistline. Plant them along the perimeter of your land. Voila, you have a beautiful and picture perfect fence. They are low maintenance too as they just grew there by themselves.
Keep all the greenery to make compost and mulch. Mulch is good because it stops the weeds and covers the soil so rhe sun doesnt dry it. They are doing a great job clearing the plot. Nice to see tte dog settling in.
You and Boris are so lucky to have each other. You have a beautiful land and I can relate to your excitement about developing it into its full potential. You can develop a portion of your land for air bnb.People in the city love to spend their weekends in the countryside and your place is a perfect location for a relaxing and tranquil place.
Good that you take care of the workers. They would appreciate very much the snacks and meals. Treat them all equal. Filipinos usually say they have food but would be happy still to be given food especially since it's hard work they're doing. Darlene being a Filipino knows better about the culture. Whether some have food or not, all should be given because what you gave to some, the others might have not tried/eaten it yet. A big jug of water for them, with cups, is for sure going to be appreciated by them too.
Kind couple. Its really good that u can provide workers snacks sometimes. They were really appreciate it & u can find them happy to work , aaide from giving them some aource of income for cleaning your farm. Goodluck to your goals, we are here as subscribers to support your blogs. God Bless Darlene & Boris
I think you need a sidecar for your motorbike so you can carry and some of your stuff comfortably each time you go to your farm or go to market. You can detached it when you feel you need to travel long distance....❤
After clearing the whole area, try to fence it even with barb wire to secure your boundary. From there you can proceed improving the whole area, slowly. Plant lemon grass as much as possible along the whole area to prevent snakes from coming in, they don't,like the smell. Try to google which plants to raise to prevent snakes from your farm. I am scared of snakes myself. Thank you and i look forward for more videos to share with us your subscribers how you are going to develop your bsautiful place. Stay healthy and safe always.
Wow, what a beautiful piece of land you have. You should be happy with your achievements and give God the glory. Congratulations once again. Posted from Los Angeles, California🇺🇲
Don't you think it important to fence the immediate surroundings of your house for more security? Your immediate neighbors seem to be good people but because of your TH-cam videos, so many people get to know where you are and what your house contains. Neighbors who could come to your rescue seem to be a little distant. If you have a fence with a secure gate, that would prevent persons with bad intent from intruding.
In my province Ilocos Sur in Northern, is normal for us to give merienda ( snacks) to the workers! Morning 9: ocklock Snacks and afternoon around 4: o'cklock merienda ( Snacks).
How exciting to watch your farm transform. It’s looking so nice already! ❤🎉 Your workers are so lucky to have such nice employers. They seem like good group of workers and doing a fantastic job! ❤
I'm so glad you have a dog - Belka now. I think it's very good to take your dog when you visit your farm so he will be used to it. He can walk with you and protect the area, too. Looking forward to see the beautiful place you owned.
Loving to see the transformation of your property! Looks like you can do both burn little by little and also not burn to save for compost. Your grass will eventually grow back so a once a month maintenance trim will be good.
Good deeds Darlene giving extra pampalubag loob sa mga workers kahit wala sa usapan na kasali meryenda or lunch, pag may extra mas mabuti magbigay para you’ll have extra blessings also from our Creator ❤ May God Reward you more with goodness. Ameen.
Its good to slowly burn the grass in several small places than have one big fire. Composting is good but sometimes its also burn because it will add alkalinity to the soil.
I am a new subscriber and can't stop watching all your vlogs..over and over😊! Got my whole family watching it now too! God bless you both Boris and Darlene!.

Thank you very much ☺️❤️.
Lucky man and lucky women. Perfect couple God bless.
Darlene that ampalaya si really good .
Your farm workers are creative. If I am not mistaken, they made a rake out of wood!👏. That makes hauling of the bushes and leaves cut easier.
You could plant dragon fruits, Durian, Lanzones, rambutan, avocados, pineapples etc.
This is what we do in the north, we usually serve food. We serve lunches and sometimes 2 snacks 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
Your fur baby is growing and following command already.
The workers are good workers, they did a great job.
Good luck, my friends! 👍🏖️🌴🏝️🇵🇭🐡🐠🐙🐋🐳🦈🌊🐟🐚🐬🌻🌻🌻🌻❤️❤️❤️
The workers r resilient n hardworking people. Slowly but surely yr piece of land will b transformed to lots of fruit trees. Always stay safe Darlene n Boris. 👍🙏
They are safe in the Philippines now. Luckily it's not Russia.
Nice. I would suggest to plant some tanglad or lemongrass para pantaboy ng mga ahas.
Plant oregano too pantaboy ng lamok.
Yes po tanglad po talaga tatanim ko ng maramihan.

Thank you for the idea. I want to plant Bougainvillea flowers along the perimeter of our land so we don't have to put up a fence.
Its good that you create job for the locals it help a lot to them.
Keep all the greenery to make compost and mulch. Mulch is good because it stops the weeds and covers the soil so rhe sun doesnt dry it. They are doing a great job clearing the plot. Nice to see tte dog settling in.
It is nice to see that all the grass is cut from your farm, it will help other useful small plants to grow into trees well also.
LOKS AWSOME!!!!! I wish I was there helping......

Your dog belka is very cute. Take good care of belka.
А что с водой, которую вы до этого нашли на своем участке? Вы такие молодцы, Божьих благославений вам❤
It’s cheaper to pay local, people to clean and faster , they are your good neighbor now, you can build your farm and house ,
That’s a nice flower Darlene. E maintain mo lang na Huwag lumaki.. mayroon ako niyan

Wow! That looks awesome! They are doing a good job in clearing. Also, that carabao needs a bath 😂🤪

Thank you very much. Boris wants to see a python, but no luck yet😄
😅😅@@islandlifebd
Very inspired na talaga c Boris. Happy na sya sa outcome ng kanilng lupa.
I hope they will clean your path also, then maybe you can drive up to farm on the motor. looking so nice now.
We can drive up there now but it gets muddy after the rain.
You have beautiful farm with lots of coconut tree. Always proud of our hard working Kababayan. How is your new fut baby?
The wild ampalaya is much bitter but more healthy bcoz organic. 😋
Maybe your way to the farm site ( "entrance")needs to be cleared also from the bushes to prevent insects like mosquitoes or microorganisms to thrive.
You guys are so lucky because they're already a lot of fruits in your land

Yes clean now. But Darlene I suggest to put Fences around so that you could maintain the cleanliness and that no more tall grasses would grow.
How a fens can stop tall grass growing? :)
Welcome to Kuznetzov Farm!😊
