I was excited to get the Shure MVL for the Fulaim X5, but I am happy I saw your review. Apparently the Fulaim only supports microphones with a TRS jack and not the TRRS.
I am looking for a lav mic for weddings and I wonder which lav mic offers a fair price for good sound and small form factor. The countryman is too expensive in my opinion.

damn it really depends on what camera premamps you are using :( Really great reviews , maybe have you set the noice record the lowest possible on the camera? countryman has a lot of noise floor.
Shure mvl overall sounds great to me . Countryman on A7s3 sounds the best.
I've purchased fulaim instead of dji mic (cuz im on a budget despite i wanted to wait to pick dji mic) but it actually does everything dji mic does.(maybe small extra features on dji that doesnt bother me).
As long as I have a good recording quality + internal + mono or stereo mode +charging case . I'm good to go.
It's very cheap in USA (found at 114$ but in Europe (france)) it's 189 € (200$ )

Got them for 70 yesterday to use with my action 3, couldn't find any info on if they're compatible but I'll know tomorrow

No, sorry, currently using DJI Mic system if I need wireless audio and Fulaim for mainly social media content so my wedding kit stays organized.
You let me down, i need a lift last week and all I got was crickets.

does the fulaim still works good? did you find any hiccups or interference or drift issues? he price is tempting but i dont know how reliable and durable it is
No drift issues with the fulaim. I had to send my DJI mic back to get a new unit due to drift and not being able to sync the audio. I haven’t had any issues with my DJI once I got a new unit. Only time will tell how durable it is. I typically take really good care of all my gear.
