- Moo goo gai pan 蘑菇雞片 ( sliced chicken with mushroom) very popular Chinese food . And very healthy . For this dish you will need
Chicken breasts slices 44 g ( marinated)
Broccoli
Baby corn
Carrot
Celery
Bamboo shoots
Mushrooms
For the sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp msg or chicken base
1/4 tsp white pepper powered
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup waters
1/2 shot cooking wine
You will need corn starch mix with water

I made this last night and it was delicious! The store didn't have rice cooking wine or fresh broccoli so I used white cooking wine and snow peas. I plan to do this dish again real soon.

@@chefdavidhsu596 I made your Moo Goo Gai Pan tonight, the only thing I didn't have was the Bamboo shoots, but it was delicious!!! will definitely make it again, the only thing I would change is to use more vegetables, and maybe the addition of some red bell pepper. That is chicken slices I marinated. Yes you can use frying pan 👍
Always marinate your chicken before you cook otherwise your chicken taste so dry
