Mind your knees. I suggest to keep them slightly bent and very carefully kept in line with your toes all the time. My knees are very fragile, I had to learn to be very careful with every excercise, not just the squats.
Am suffering from Supraspinatus tendanitis since 5 years... Met almost 5 doctors, but no use. Went to physiotherapy as well. Still facing issue. Kindly let me know is there any best way to overcome the Supraspinatus...?? Shoulder issue
