    Thank you, Coach. And when I recover from my broken rib, I will be able to do these exercises. They’re nice and gentle and I really need a good whole body workout. That will help me start to get better after sitting in bed for two months. I really like you!😊

    I'm 72 and do low impact cardio every morning. It gets my blood circulating. A must after sleeping 8 hours.

    Mind your knees. I suggest to keep them slightly bent and very carefully kept in line with your toes all the time. My knees are very fragile, I had to learn to be very careful with every excercise, not just the squats.

    If you do these exercises right after a meal (But gentle though. Don't want to get a side pinch in your tummy), it'll help with your blood sugars.

    Am suffering from Supraspinatus tendanitis since 5 years... Met almost 5 doctors, but no use. Went to physiotherapy as well. Still facing issue.
    Kindly let me know is there any best way to overcome the Supraspinatus...?? Shoulder issue
