Sonoma and Watkins Glen are great road courses. I am not fond of COTA, the Chicago street course, and the Roval. I really miss Riverside.

My question , do either of you think it's time for NASCAR to place spending limits per team so that lower funded teams can compete with the Hendricks and Penske cars that have unlimited amount of money. Football and some other sports have spending caps.

Elkhart Lk Wisc Road Course.....
Some of the Nascar Cup Series Canada Teams can make that Event if Schd......
Nascar Cup Canada also has Dodge Race Teams... Challengers, Charger's,etc....
Legacy Mtr Club Can Sponsor prob (2) Mopar Cars for that Event if schd....
