One thing that race fans can count on… Dale and Richard are going to share their opinions about the race. Agree with them or not, their observations are based on their years of experience in competing at the highest level of the sport. Richard’s statement on electric powered cars entering the NASCAR racing circuit is right on target… it won’t be anytime soon and if it happens it will not likely be an all electric car, more likely some form of a hybrid powered race car. Amazingly, both Dale and Richard still remain very humble about their 200th win some forty years ago. What an achievement it is to win 200 races in a sport that is fielding some of the top competition week after week. It was a big deal for the Petty’s, but an even bigger deal for the sport of NASCAR racing. Thanks to the Petty Family Racing channel for continuing to allow fans access to Richard and Dale each week.
Gentleman, appreciate your perspective, NASCAR business model has changed. There is a beautiful track in Joliet Illinois , and they end up racing in downtown Chicago. NEW NASCAR will not be getting any of my hard earned money.
Because Joliet is in the middle of no where…. It made no sense logistically. Don’t worry though. NASCAR doesn’t need your “hard earned money”. But it’s cute knowing you think NASCAR can’t survive without you
This is great! Just stumbled onto this. But I respectfully ask y'all to lose the drum beat in the background going forward. Otherwise keep the videos coming!
Enjoy these videos every week. Keep them coming.
Glad you came by again Mr Petty bringing a mate with you. Keep it up. Owen Kiwi in Aus, SVG supporter.
Enjoy listening to both of you.🙏❤️👍
This is soooooooooo cool! 🤯
I enjoy these videos every week as much as I loved seeing yall at the track every Sunday in the early 70s! Nice hat band, Mr The King!! God bless!!!
A Legend in stock car racing like his father before him.
Dale, hope to see you at Pocono!

Richard petty what is your favorite race that you did and what is your favorite car that you use for the race
I seen him in another video name the 1971-1974 Dodge Charger as his best all-arond race car. I think he had more wins with it than any other
@@reginaldhall6871 thank you so much 😊 for telling me about the car 🚘

I would like to know how Mr Petty felt when he got the Super Bird up to 200 Mph for the first time all those years ago ?
