The last ED song ''Rock'n Roll, Morning Light Falls on You'' is a covered song by Asian Kung-Fu Generation. The title of Episode 1 "Korogaru Bocchi" and Episode 12 "Kimi ni Asa ga Furu" is a reference to the first and latter part of the song's title. Bocchi the Rock was truly a homage to AKFG and the entire band's culture.
The ending of this season is perfect! Hitori has done her best and met all her goals. Yet social anxiety isn’t going to be magically fixed by one school festival. The final line “time to go to work” is a sign bocchi is recognizing that she’s come a long way but is still improving. I love they treat anxiety disorder with respect. Did you notice that from episode one to episode twelve bocchi’s life gets more colorful and less cramped? She starts in a monochrome classroom. When no she meets nijika she’s in a shadow that nijika pulls her into the light. By the ending in episode twelve she’s walking in sunlight, taking steps forward. All the jokes, the wild animation, the supreme attention to details. all the anime and music references. The amazing soundtrack. And some of the best fleshed out characters in all of anime. Every time I watch this show I see even more. This show is phenomenal! Thanks so much for this reaction to this godly show.
I did not noticing the color change and directions but that’s a great pick up. Yeah that’s one of the thing I respect most about this series, is the attention to detail that the production company put into the project. The amount of little nuggets you guys have told me about is insane and I’m so glad I got to experience it with you guys cause it added a whole other dimension and appreciation for the show as a whole. Definitely a series I will be going back and rewatching to see all the things I missed on first go. Probably will be my chill show that I put on when I want to laugh or before bed
The fans are pushing for season2 by doing what they can do: buying the BD, album, merchs. Kessoku Band album reached global chart sales, the producers are not gonna miss making another season with more albums.

Cloverworks was on fire this year! My two favorites were Bocchi the rock and dress up darling. Plus spy family, akebis sailor uniform, and shadows house were all gorgeous shows.

I like how the author made Bocchi transitioned from a fricking Les Paul to a Yamaha. Not that Yamaha is a bad guitar, but it's kinda poetic for me. Flashy instruments doesn't matter, it's the hero behind the guitar that matters.

Even though we got enough materials for season 2, IMO it could be taking at least a year because they will introduce many bands and that means more original songs.
Yeah I’m thinking no earlier than mid 2024 but honestly feel more like winter/spring of 2025! Cloverworks is really busy right now and probably will only get busier because they’ve been putting out some amazing work lately. Also want the animators to work reasonable hours so whenever it comes I’ll be happy. Like y’all said as long as they put the same love and care into the second season then it’ll be worth the wait.

Honestly she’s just not really the super expressive type unless it’s something crazy and she’s also not a fan of big/fake reactions, but she said she actually really enjoyed the series! She really related to Bocchi

Channel less than 6 months old and we only recently started doing reactions. She's doing her best. She'll grow into it a bit more as she gets more comfortable in front of the camera. I want her to feel comfortable and have fun doing it though cause that's the whole point! Like I said, she'll only get better though, so hope you're around to see the growth. Thanks for the advice
