Unlike On1 Photo Raw or Luminar, when you replace a sky in Photoshop, you cannot automatically have the sky reflected in water. In today's tutorial, I demo how to do it.

I am brand new to photography and to editing and there are some pretty good videos on youtube. but so far you are by far my favorite. You slow down and show each step and explain it much better than I have seen anyone do. Please do remember that some of us that are seeking you out are doing so because we no very little and each step you do quick or leave out leaves a gap. But you do an amazing job. Thanks so much.

Thank you very much Anthony for clearly describing and applying a work-around allowing a sky replacement in Photoshop to properly reflect on a foreground body of water. In my view your procedure is quite simple and effective.
I bet Adobe is hearing you loud and clear about including the sky reflection capability in Photoshop in the not too distant future. It's long overdue I would even add.

Hi Anthony , you video on doing a sky replacement and creating the new sky reflection in water was great. It did not do it for me as when I did the sky replacement on the flipped original image, sky replacement filled both sky and water reflection with the sky image as if it was one! Am I missing something?

Your example photo has a fairly level skyline and water line. How do you have the sky reflected with an uneven horizon? The photo I am working on has a rock face on one side, which extends from top to bottom of the scene.

Is it me, or does it feel like Adobe is falling behind with functionality in comparison to other programs? I edit on average 1000+ photos on any given project and boy some other programs are looking better and better... to save time.
Thank you, Sir, for these videos!!!! I would not be where I am if it were not for you and a few other creators. :)

Buying your presets is a very difficult process. It takes us to another site and then another and finally errors. It’s frustrating. I’m not sure if you end up selling many copies with your current process.

when there is water with strong ripples your technique does not seem to apply, One has to isolate the sky only and then flip it to apply to the water portion, then proceed. look forward for your expert views on this and any easier techniques.
