All condos after you buy it you still pay a monthly fee for upkeep. And that is the 45 baht / sqm she said. So if you buy a condo that is 30sqm you will pay 30*45 / months (1350 / month) this fee is to cover the upkeep for staff and common areas.
Nice video. Whenever nice and cute ladies invites you to a new place, you have to go - you never know…. It looks like a lot of condos are adding nicer common areas, gym and work. Hopefully this place steps it up too
Yes mate, how could I refuse haha. I think the co-working and common area of this place will be really good. I was really looking forward to seeing it, but I'll have to wait. Thanks.
I actually lived on that street for 6 months (Arise condo) now i moved to another place but still in Chiang Mai. Can recommend that street for somebody that don't like to be in the middle of the pack but still very close to everything.
Has any construction started or are they needing the dosh from off the plan? Couldn't swing a cat in one of those rooms. Not for me but thanks for dressing up mate👍😉
Those price dont seem like pre-construction prices. And personally, some of the furniture is fugly as all heck. And the towel racks mounted right in the shower😂. Couple of hotties strolling by. Thanks for the video.
Hi Chris, I have a few videos on my channel about doing the bike test. I go through what I needed to do. It's about 2 years ago. Here's the link -th-cam.com/video/45LEpmXdhTs/w-d-xo.html
Wayne I be honest I prefer some of those older buildings they are bigger and have more character it’s the same in England I think the older buildings are stronger bigger
Rooms are nice enough, but the area doesn't look real walkable. I'd prefer something closer, or even in, the Old Town. Thinking about starting at the Smith Residence when I move in July and look around from there.
Agree, for the same price I think you can get newish (less than 10 years old) units nearer to old town, niman or one of the malls. Unless it's a big developer, being able to see the condition/maintenance of the place after a couple of years may actually be better than buying brand new.
Every flat comes with a washing machine, but never with a dryer; do they even have dryers in Thailand? It's a humid country: air drying could take a while.
Is it possible to rent a secluded undeveloped spot, say 1/2 hour motorcycle ride out of the city, long-term 15 - 20 year lease (5,000 THB/month?,) then build a small, well insulated, air-conditioned,1 bedroom hut, and then have full legal right to live there as a non-Thai?
Well HOLY GUACAMOLE......................there is absolutely no storage space and lack of electrical outlets *see bathroom............and no bath tubs..........gimme a break.
Kitchen needs to be a closed off room they totally messed up the layout, when ya Mrs cooks some Thai food it's gonna stink out the whole living room, and the toilet in the shower is about as luxury as a Singh is to a Leo. And another big problem is there's no damn outlets at the kitchen I didnt see the bathroom they probably forgot to put them in there too. How it won number 1 is there were only 5 entrants lol I'm making that up but probably not far from the truth. I will say though the finishings do look nice though
🤣 🤣 I'm sure the outlets will be in the final finished rooms buddy. I do believe there was different style rooms. So, I'm guessing you like it? 🤣 I can see your itching for a down payment.
I like the second one the best, even if it's smaller than the first one. I don't understand why so many Asian countries put their toilets in glass enclosures.😂Either leave it in the open area or enclose it where nobody could see you. It's okay for a romantic couple, but traveling with friends, most women won't like that.
Yes, I liked the end room one. The toilet is a bit strange haha. I suppose the toilet would normally be in the shower room, but with a seperate private divide.
Small boxy and no room to swing a cat, but what do you expect for 2 million baht I guess. First shower reminded me of a gents toilet with those tiles. Overall not to my liking, but thanks for the video.
Cheers! Like you said, what can you expect for 2Mill. Full gym, swimming pool, coworking area. Can’t really grumble I guess. But yeah, all the condos are the same these days, compact. Thanks for watching 👍
Nice condos and absolutely beautiful ladies at 14:44
Yes and Yes 🤣. Nice place, when it's finished.
Nice one Wayne.
Interesting development.
You need to get your arsh one of those tuxedo print tshirts for formal wear occasions... 😉
Take it easy man.
I should have dragged my arsh to the suit shop in town 🤣. Cheers mate.
Thanks Wayne it’s good to know what money can buy in Chaing mai. Developers always want cash up front . A cheap rental will do me for now .
Thanks buddy!

Correct! just over 16,000 a year. Still pretty cheap.
Patty is an absolute doll
Thanks for showing us around 😃👍🏼
No worries man.
As a fan of Chiang Mai and a fan of Chamonix this is awesome.
Nice! Thanks!
@@p123-o5h 💯me - it’s the capital of world trail running and awesome also for expeditions up Mont Blanc.
Nice condos mate and affordable too. Cheers Wayne 🤩
Yes mate, nice place. It would have been good to see the full grounds, but maybe soon.
Wayne never forgets a pretty face.
Never!!!
Take it easy man, take it easy! It’s always interesting to see whatever grabs you in and around Chiang Mai 😅
Cheers mate! Yes, whatever grabs my eye.

Nice, I know that place. I go to Much Room Cafe a lot and take this road often. Yes, it's a good area and easy to get to town or Airport.
Has any construction started or are they needing the dosh from off the plan? Couldn't swing a cat in one of those rooms. Not for me but thanks for dressing up mate👍😉
I was expecting to see the whole place on open day 🤣. Most of it was still closed off. At least I got to dust off the old polo 🤣.
Very nice condos❤
👍👍
Good on ya mate.
Cheers John mate 👍
Wayne i would like to suggest you check out Dalat in April when Thailands temps can boil yer eggs if you know what I mean 😮
I've heard good thing about Dalat, I might be going back to Vietnam soon. Yep, that brutal heat is just around the corner.
I didn't even know it was there. I live directly across Mahidol road.
Lot's of condos down this street buddy.
Those price dont seem like pre-construction prices. And personally, some of the furniture is fugly as all heck. And the towel racks mounted right in the shower😂. Couple of hotties strolling by. Thanks for the video.
Nice one mate! Yes, some things was placed in odd places. Good to see some eye candy though. Thanks buddy.
Hi Wayne , does this place provide a Dryer & Dishwasher? Appreciate your response. How about Swimming pool? XOXO your videos.
This place is not totally finished, I'm sure they'll have washing machines and probably dryers. They have a swimming pool, yes 👍
Were there any car parks, the large one would be ok but 4.8m is expensive imo the bedrooms are small
Yes, there will be a car park. The rooms were small but I think the amenities will be top notch (when finished)
really nice bathrooms but room sizes far too small (for the asking prices). Was there balconies? i might have missed them.
Balcony will be on the main rooms.
hi Wayne I'm in search of a video on how to take Thai motorbike certificate have you done it?

Me too mate, I like more out of the city in a place that's detached from others.
im selling a 68sqm apartment in Chiang Mai for 1.4 million. Older building.
@@Vishypoo where is it that sounds a good deal

Yes, you would probably need transport living here. Smith is a good location and very popular.

Wayne likes pretty faces, and I don't blame you. lol
I sure do mate 😃
Room 2 is ideal. At least you can walk round the bed
Yes, they was a bit knackered for space.
Every flat comes with a washing machine, but never with a dryer; do they even have dryers in Thailand? It's a humid country: air drying could take a while.
They are probably washer/dryers.
They have some dryers in the shops, but no one really needs one here. It takes 10 minutes to dry clothes in the sun. 👍
@@WalkAboutWayne Someone replied that there are single unit washer-dryers; I looked it up, and it's true, so that's possible.
It doesn't take very long at all to air dry laundry here, unless it's actually raining.
What does arsh mean?
🤣 I guess you mean what me and Jefe talk about? It's an old joke about when I done a review at the Arsh Boutique condo.
฿45 a square meter. £35 for 35 m squared.
Sorry I meant 35 sq m
Nice, I was wondering what that was.

Any thing is possible in Thailand.
No thanks, I'm not keen on living in a shoe box condo, I'll save my money Mr. Wayne.😂
Happy days mate! 👍
I like shoeboxes. Less to go wrong, less aggro. I’m a minimalist! 😅
I prefer to rent.
👍👍
Well HOLY GUACAMOLE......................there is absolutely no storage space and lack of electrical outlets *see bathroom............and no bath tubs..........gimme a break.
I'm sure some of that will be in the actual rooms buddy 👍
From what little I have seen. The units do not appeal to me.
Price is to high for what you get in my opinion.
They are on the small side. Not sure if can grumble about the price, once you get access to everything onsite also.

It's like a posh prison cell, mate
🤣 I wouldn't mind being in prison here. Bit of a step up from my place, that's for sure 👍
Too small and over priced. I'm guessing the fees are per sq mtr of your apartment.
👍👍
Very small flats for the money could not live in the one bedroom flat, I think, overpriced. Would look for older flats with bigger sq footage
Yes, they are very compact, but once all the amenities are finished, it will be a better deal.
1st condo - The space between the bottom of the bed and wall lis non-existent…TERRIBLE DESIGN for double occupancy. Corner condo - much better
I preferred the corner one also.
Imagine buying ones of these then putting it your Thai brides name 😂 like all the other simps here do madness
You wouldn't need to though, for a condo 👍
@@WalkAboutWayne I know that but most farang simps still put it in a they Thai brides name
