Very many ways to season it and to add to meat, for example. Mixing it with ground meat and adding some salt, herbs and/or spices to it-a great dish both nutritionally and taste wise. Blueberries contain fructose, which is not normal sugar. Sugar is Cane Sugar. You can eat a whole box of blueberries and not get fat- only thing you may get is heartburn, but that’s it. I eat lots and lots of berries, so trust me, I’ve put the theory to the test and have never gained fat. NOW if I reach for a donut on the other hand....

Make sure to make it non-fortified nutritional yeast. You don't want all the synthetic B vitamins that are found in the fortified version.

Careful when replacing cheese with nutritional yeast. We need the calcium in cheese to offset the oxalates in certain vegetables.

Blueberries have so much more sugar than the other berries... Antioxidants are great but they certainly arent building muscle or burning fat!
Do a bit of cardio and you won't have to worry about that and no one who eats blueberries is getting fat lol c'mon now.
Blueberries contain fructose, which is not normal sugar. Sugar is Cane Sugar. You can eat a whole box of blueberries and not get fat- only thing you may get is heartburn, but that’s it. I eat lots and lots of berries, so trust me, I’ve put the theory to the test and have never gained fat. NOW if I reach for a donut on the other hand....
