cool shorts, mate!! I tried the beginner stuff but it feels like advanced for me :D will keep doing these till they feel like easy to me then, thanks for inspiration!!!
@@peterchristensen9585 That's great! Keep it going, Peter! I agree, I use my bars regularly because they're great for doing HORIZONTAL pulls. I use them for some ab work too, such as "L" sits.
Beginner- pushup( down), reverse pushup , dips, knee raises, Australian chin ups (bent knee on ground) ,Austrailian Chins straight leg, MC Intermediate-- straight bar dips, leg raises, swing on bar, incline dips, reverse pull ups, double mc tucks Advanced-' muscle ups, windshield wiper, tucked dips, tucked front lever pull ups, swing to straddle, swing to handstand
It's great video but if you have a clip that allow audiences to exercise along with you that would be much greater. In fact , I'm looking for video that have instructor to lead exercise for 10-14 mins per session.
hey, thanks for the superb video, I have purchased the same equalizers , can these b used for weight loss and belly fat loss, if yes, what excercises do you recommend. Thanks in advance :)
I would say 3sets of 6-8 reps. Then increase the reps and sets if you feel you can do more. If you looking for hypertrophie try to be between 6-15 reps. For sets start with 3 then 4 and 5 💪
SackMushi NuckelKot'o Thanks ! I will say thats maybe limit. The height of the bar is 80cm so you have to really bend your knees while the dips for example.
This lebert qualizer XL height is 80cm it’s enough for you but you should bent your knees when you do dips. If you want to keep a straight bodyline there is some dips station like the body fitness dip station 👍
I will say the max you can with your schedule. Maybe you can manage both in the same day. For example bodyweight training in the morning and weighted training in afternoon.
Reverse Pushups = Horizontal rows/pulls. If you're not pushing it's not a pushup. Just like dumbell curls are not "reverse tricep extensions". I'm also nitpicking I'm aware.
chaos apiant You right like I already answered in another comment it’s an old video and at this moment i called like that :) thanks for your valuable comment
Hi I have a really important question I saw that there is a new equalizer bars that I can put them between 80 and 90 centimeters you know something about it I want to buy them
How many reps per and sets would you recommend for beginners. Please don't give me "s much as you can until muscle failure" type of answers. Stuff like that don't build any sort of motivation for me. I rather have a goal to strive for. I try to do push ups 10-100 every day. But I am reading that doing push ups frequently like 10 - 20 every hour or 2 hours is actually bad, which I don't understand but whatever.
Hi Bro, yeah dont do every day lots of push ups like that. Your muscle need to rest for building. Maybe do it 1 day on 2 and change exercise. And reps for hypertrophy it’s between 6-14 reps. Start slowly with 3 sets and step by step go until 6 sets max.
Calisthenics Power I see, thanks! I think I have a better position on where to start and how to pace myself. One more thing though, would you say that I would be ready to do the intermediate routines demonstrated on this video, once I am comfortable to do 6 sets with 14 reps?
+Andrea Redi Thanks Man !! Yeah but only with weighted vest otherhand that touch the bottom and check the weight resistance but I think until 30 kg no problem
hello, what's your height? I know that you use(d) the XL frame but speaking for myself, I'm almost 2 meters height so I have my doubts if the XL frame is something for me, especially with the resverse pull ups and dips and so? So what's your hight?
+Adrie van Duijn Hi !! I'm 1m75, yes for your height I think a Dip Station is better. Like the bigger one I use, you can see in my Instagram @armen_vgta find something like this 💪😉
Hi Bro ! With Lebert Equalizer will be okay but you have to bent your knees. The height of the bar is 80cm. I recommended you also a Dip station for dip exercise it will be better.
@@duncansiror5033 It,s a pretty good exercise for the sides of the core (transverse muscles and others), and on that side it,s good. But the spinal column is not made to support a lot of pressure at the lumbar level in the form of rotation (it doesn,t benefit from increased mobility rotation) as is the case with this exercise. There is a very similar alternative that basically consists of doing the same thing but with your back supported on the ground and with a more controlled movement that does not generate so much stress in that area pd: sorry for my english mate
+Sebastian Wittwer Thanks!! Yeah the Lebert XL will be okay but you ll need bebt your knees. Otherwise you can buy a Dips station like the brand "bodysolid" that will be perfect for dips and you can keep your legs straight !
I love how easy these excercises look when performed by an athlete... and then there is this fat ass weakling me who, will never be able to progress even up to intermediate. :)
These bars are great. Everyone should have a set. Phenomenal video. Thank you for this content.
The best video I've ever seen on these Equalizer things. Thank you ! I have some work to do to get to your level
cool shorts, mate!! I tried the beginner stuff but it feels like advanced for me :D will keep doing these till they feel like easy to me then, thanks for inspiration!!!
kentower Thanks your Comment ! Yes try the push ups on the knees first maybe and use a resistance band for dips. Keep Going Bro 💪
Damn there's a shit ton of exercises that you can do with these thanks for the video man i will surely put these in my workout routine
There's plenty more, as well! Dip bars and rings are the only two pieces of gym equipment you'll ever need for upper body calisthenics.
Just tried this stuff and it's super hard! Admittedly, I'm an older dude, but still! I bet few younger guys can pull this off. Nice work!
@Old School I'm 75 and I'm going to get them. My chin-up/pull-up bar just doesn't give me enough variation in what I can do.

Best lebert equalizer for beginners tutorial 🙏🏻
Thanks Bro for your support!!! 💪💯
I just bought these bars, I needed some inspiration as a beginner. Excellent video to get started !
Muscle up is crazy on that bar

Amazing video and nice music! Thank you! :) My equalizer just arrived today, can't wait to work hard
Thank You ! I m glad you liked it 💪 have a good Workout with them !!
How long does it take from beginner to intermediate to advanced if training daily
Must I use protein powder to reach a physique like yours? Thank you!
Bro!!! The muscle up thing was awesome!!!
Beginner-
pushup( down), reverse pushup , dips, knee raises, Australian chin ups (bent knee on ground) ,Austrailian Chins straight leg, MC
Intermediate--
straight bar dips, leg raises, swing on bar, incline dips, reverse pull ups, double mc tucks
Advanced-'
muscle ups, windshield wiper, tucked dips, tucked front lever pull ups, swing to straddle, swing to handstand
Love the lebert equalizer!
Awesome, Inspirating!!!

wow what control!
Great Video Man. Awesome Stuff and Knowledge. Thanks a lot for the information and guidance.
Thanks for supporting Bro !! Keep Going
So how many reps/sets for beginners are the optimum?
I would say 3sets of 6-8 reps. Then increase the reps and sets if you feel you can do more. If you looking for hypertrophie try to be between 6-15 reps. For sets start with 3 then 4 and 5 💪
you have amazing power. are tthe bars good for bigger people like 185 cm?
SackMushi NuckelKot'o Thanks ! I will say thats maybe limit. The height of the bar is 80cm so you have to really bend your knees while the dips for example.
Awesome video. Thank you.
How many centimeters is the xl? I am 170 cm and I don’t know which one to buy and what is the height of each dip bar
This lebert qualizer XL height is 80cm it’s enough for you but you should bent your knees when you do dips. If you want to keep a straight bodyline there is some dips station like the body fitness dip station 👍
Calisthenics Power I saw that dechatlon have one and it’s 83 cm Is it a good one?
How often should I do these exercises if I'm doing bodybuilding 5 days a week? I need lean muscles without losing muscle mass.
I will say the max you can with your schedule. Maybe you can manage both in the same day. For example bodyweight training in the morning and weighted training in afternoon.
@@calisthenicspower9572 Thanks for the reply. How about the sets and repetition?
If you looking for hypertrophy try to do between 8-15reps. And for sets i will recommend to start by 3 then add when you are able mor sets until 5 💪

Just go to the gym, check out athlean x, jeff nippard and jeremy ethiers. That's all you need
Hey man, firstly great video congrats. Second I was wondering you height and weight.
Thank you for your kind message 🙏 i m 175cm for 75kg 😃✌️
Was wondering the same. I’m 6’3 and when my arms are fully extended my back is on the floor. Actually I reach the floor before I’m fully extended
What is the size which you are using ? Is it XL or XXL?
Reverse Pushups = Horizontal rows/pulls. If you're not pushing it's not a pushup. Just like dumbell curls are not "reverse tricep extensions". I'm also nitpicking I'm aware.

Hi, may i know the size of the bars , thanks.

Depend what do you want to work. You can combine some pull, push and core exercises 💪
How many sets and reps should I do for each? My lebert fitness bars are going to reach in a week :D
I will say rep between 6-15 and sets between 3-5. Increases week by week 💪
Isn’t 2:22 more like a reverse dip. That movement is doing a pull up.
You dont call it reverse pushup if its pulling movement. Its a body row or inverter row or australian pullup
Yeah you totally right ;) it’s an old video and at this time i called it like that lol thanks for your valuable comment
how tall are you? i'm wondering about ROM with my height on these bars
