Written Recipe:- Crust- 10-12 pieces of Digestive Biscuit. 3 tbsp Salted Butter Set the crust and fridge for 10-15 mins Preheat- 10 mins on med flame Base- 200 Gram cream cheese 1/2 Cup powdered Sugar Mix 400 Gram Hung Curd Mix 1 Egg Mix 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Lemon Juice Half Lemon (👁️👄👁️) Mix 1/4 Cup Cold Milk (Add in halves) Mix 2 tbsp Cornstarch Pour the Batter in the Pan Bake- Mid Flame for 20 mins first Low Flame for 45-50 mins Let the cake cool inside with the lid. Refrigerate for 2-3 Hours Atleast/Overnight Done!
I made this and it turned out pretty good. Nit the best cheesecake ever but still finished half the cake myself😂 8.5/10 I would not recommend adding The half lemon tho if you make cream cheese at home with lemon. It will taste too lemon-ey like a lemon cheesecake almost. Still emjoyed it! (Making it the 2nd time today again :)
