Then bake for 10-12 mins at 165°C in preheated oven Batter: 1. Cream cheese 300 g 2. Powdered sugar(1/2 cup) ( double if egg is used) 3. Fresh cream (3/4 cup) 4. Condensed milk(180 mL) ( to be skipped in case egg is used) 5. Vanilla essence (1 tsp) 6. Curd(2 tbsp) 7. Lemon zest and 1/2 lemon juice ( if egg is used..4 eggs must be added but with proper blending after adding each egg) Now, Beat the mixture into a consistent smooth batter . 8. Add Cornstarch (1 tbsp) Mix properly again( ⚠ do not overmix! ) Next thing, Pour the batter on top of the pre baked crust and cover the walls of the mould from the outside with butter paper and aluminum foil. Now place the mould on a tray containing water and put the whole arrangement in a preheated oven at 165°C for 45-50 mins. Voíla! Your delicious cheesecake is almost ready! Now take out the mould n pinch the cake with knife near the walls for easy demould. Let it sit for like an hour until the wobbly texture settles down. Add some topping and seasoning of your choice. There you have it! Your own home-made cheesecake, NY style! ❤ Hope it helped! Leave a like if it did. 😀

Roughly, 1/4th cup shows a tiny bit more than the 60ml mark, so that's the conversion! :) I turned on both upper and lower rods for my otg, but kept the cheescake and the water bath on the lowest shelf cuz the upper element gets much hotter than the bottom. For temp, I followed 165 as per the recipe :)

I made it in a gas oven. I preheated the Kadai with some water and a stand in high flame for 10mins then baked the cheesecake in low flame for 45mins. Trust me, it turned out super creamy and perfectly baked. 🤌🥺🙏💫
