I mean she did have heels on. In the full episode Eliza needed a "hand" as well. This was the early seasons of survivor, the jury setup is much more easy to navigate now :)

She was screwed by the tribal swap. She was probably seen as more of a physical threat. Too bad she wasn't on HvV. I doubt Sandra would be a two time winner if Ami was on that season
I love the interaction between Ami and Twila. So raw, honest and real. Glad Ami voted for Twila. Twila was so right to flip on Leann and Ami. It was a brilliant move and they would have brought her to the final 3 but not the final 2.
Well another problem is she was too honestly for her own good, and by that I mean going so far to reveal to people like Twila, Scout, Eliza their true positions in the alliance (the bottom half).
She voted for her since she gave real answers, while Chris's whole FTC was a pile of BS, it was like a politican speaking. Most of the jury were fooled, but Ami and Scout saw through it.
Twila won Ami's vote by being honest at FTC. This is what Dawn should have done with Brenda. Just admit that yes, she would have quit if Brenda didn't find Dawn's teeth. Instead, Dawn insisted on lying to Brenda's face again, and I think Brenda kind of snapped as a result. Brenda may not have voted for Dawn either way, but it would have at least saved Dawn further embarrassment.
She lied a few times, he lied up everyone's ass; but the fact that Ami still voted for her shows some integrity. This goes to show that you should be careful who you out in the bottom tier because they may get the chance to cut your throut! Twila did it to Ami, Lil, the scoutmaster did it to Andrew and Cochran did it to Ozzy, Whitney, Jim and Kieth! These people should return, because they are endearing and will do what this game demands even if they lack as players!

@seanjoseph91 it was but Ami voted for Twila because she answered honestly. She saw through Chris' BS and she said that during the vote. It was unfortunate that Twila got snake bitten for being honest but people were still smarting and angry. If you watch the reunion, alot of the members of the jury would've changed their vote if they could've gone back.

Who is Ami referring to Chris lying two "took the time to lie to 2 people". He never lied to Ami, she approached him about an alliance at Final 6 and he said he might consider it but mostly turned her down, so it isn't like he liked to her really. He didn't tell LeAnne she was going at 7, well that would have been stupid to do, why would he ever do that.
Ami is talking about Julie and Eliza. Chris blindsided both of them without needing to (he had the numbers with Scout and Twila), basically as revenge for what happened to Sarge et. al.

@@robdurdain5912 A major part of it was that Julie really had bonded with Chris, and thought that their friendship would at least mean he'd be honest with her when the vote was turning towards her. But Chris blew smoke up her ass, lied about wanting to keep her in the game, only to backstab her for literally no reason. Which he also did to Eliza, which again, he did for absolutely no reason. He raised both of their hopes and crushed them for no strategic advantage.

He also wanted to mess with them for taking out all the men and make them look dumb in the process.
@ulongkoror key difference between chris and hantz is that chris brought someone even worse to the end and also gave great FTC performance -- hantz brought more likable people to the end and gave horrible FTC performances
His biggest mistake the first time was not taking Shambo to the finals. Her tribe hated her more than him. Not sure what he could have done the second time. He was also screwed by the stupid final 3 format.

Julie always thought she was going at the F5 because she knew of the Eliza-Twila-Scout-Chris alliance. Chris however took her aside and said he was going to save her, when she had never expected him to. Given their close bond she thought he would be honest with her and not tell her something like that if it werent true. He promised her the world when she had given up hope, got her hope up again, then voted her out anyway. As for Eliza he would have been able to beat her no problem at the end so she was also unneccessary.

Ami would have mopped the floor with Queen Sandra. Too bad Ami wasn't on heroes vs villains. Sandra was just lucky she had Rupert's coattails to on Pearl Islands and then was going up against an outcast in the finals.
Esti Luke she had the easiest final two of all time by going up against someone who had already been voted out before and didn't play that card once. Any halfway decent strategist would have mentioned that. Even johnny Fairplay would have won in that situation.

This show should be a serious psychological study for future psychology students. Blown away revisiting it 23 years later.
