I 100% Understand the "Twisties"! It's like a type of Vertigo. I'm no gymnast, but I was an Avid Skydiver for many years and I Loved It! I was a Hard Core Adrenaline Junkie!!? After many years and over 1,200 jumps, all of a sudden I developed "Vertigo". A sudden lack of spacial Awareness which is Crucial when jumping from 12 to 14 Thousand feet above the Earth! I had to give up my Passion in the interest of not Splattering on the ground because my brain became unaware of where my body was thousands of feet above the Earth! Bless You Simone! You knew what was Best for Everyone, Including Yourself! and YES! That took Courage❤❤❤
This woman is a legend. Not just for what an amazing athlete she is, but also for showing people all over the world that speaking up and speaking out is okay, that focusing on yourself and your health isn’t being weak but being strong and knowing when to focus on what. It’s been a pure pleasure to watch her shine during the olympics this year. She is a once-in-a-lifetime athlete that will make people who are not even interested in gymnastics be bedazzled and wanting more. She is a TRUE rolemodel, and I hope she understands her own greatness!

There was one better than Simone Biles. Sure she is the best today but has not scored a perfect score at the Olympics. Nadis Comaneci scored a perfect 10 at the Montreal Olympics in 1976 at age 14. The scoring is different today but that doesn't change Nadia's perfect scores.
