The original version was released in 1980 via the PAPURI! Music Ministry of Far East Broadcasting Company Philippines, as one of the 12 winning songs in FEBC's Papuri 2 Song Festival.
Originally arranged for orchestra by Danny Day in 1980, recorded by Terry Javier-Ellis (yes, she's the original singer), backing vocals by the St. John Gospel Choir.
Re-arranged for the 3-in-1 concert in 2016 (this is where the rehearsal and actual performance footage were taken).
Additional arrangement elements were added by Jungee Marcelo for this 2021 single release.
Incidentally, it's also the 73rd anniversary of FEBC Ph today...
and exactly 41 years ago they premiered this song via the Papuri 2 album launch at the Phil-Am Life auditorium in Manila.
Terry - the singer, and Jungee - the composer have teamed up to record and release this version in commemoration of God's faithfulness through the decades.
And oh, it's also Terry's birthday today...
