Would you be planning to do a series of videos on dissecting the metrics by going deeper and more granular in data and identifying the problem? If yes, that would be awesome!
Didn't quite understand the ratio aspect of DAU:WAU: MAU and how to form a baseline. What is the industry benchmark of a good ratio? So if MAU is 7 for example and DAU is 1, does it mean only 1 user is using the app on a daily basis and the rest 6 are using on and off?
The following is a good way to think about this: if the DAU to MAU ratio is 1, it means that every user who uses the product at least once a month, uses it every single day. A ratio of 0.5 means that users use the product 15 days out of a month (they are counted as DAU on 15 days in a 30 days period).

Great suggestion! Will try this out.

How do we pick the right leading metrics? In this example, Revenue is a lagging and Engagement/Retention are leading?
Revenue is usually a lagging metric. Retention/ engagement start showing cohort based movement fairly early and are leading metrics.
10:15 - Less than 2 days a month? You meant week I guess...
Good catch. I meant to say 2 days a week!
