My mind was just blown with the explanation and super insightful, Thanks sir for posting the video. Also, I discovered today that 2x speed works quite better than I thought. Sir! Is there any way that I can connect with you? Would love to talk more about how young product builders can get help from reading books.
Awesome video! The Blinkist part was a good hack. Another hack I use to retain what I read, is I highlight important texts & revisit them. Usually, I reserve my Sundays to revisit 1 book & go thru the highlighted texts. This way I catch up with what I read in past. This practice hardly takes 2-3 hours every Sunday. Reading is the best thing that has happened to me.
Will probably create another video on how I make notes and retain information and insights. This video talks about how I put my learning into practice: th-cam.com/video/5UaMuHp8Ysw/w-d-xo.html
I saw on amazon that you got my brother to read out one of your books for kids. Thank you for sharing your insights. Sir if you don't mind I will be more than happy to clear up the boxes of books in your car. Is weekend reading a podcast or another youtube channel.?
Great. Learnt a lot. 1. Can you also help me understand, post reading non-fiction books what happens? Actionables? Notes or Blogs or work around them, What do we do to relate more? 2. How can I subscribe to this series of Weekend reading? Thanks :)
1. Check out my video on learning by teaching - I think that's where reading becomes important. Read and share your learnings with others. 2. Weekend Reading is a new playlist on the Playbooks channel. Do check it out.
Thank you for sharing.

😊✌️
Great tips, thank you. Could you shed some light on what you do for retention and recall? Trying to understand how you put to practice what you learn.

I look forward to it. I tend to go overboard with my note taking so keen to know what strategy has worked for you
Great advice :) I also love the combination of Audible and keeping my Notes app and Kindle open. More senses involved = more focus for me.
Totally agree! Sight + sound + taking notes (memory aid) is a killer combination for comprehension and recall.

Weekend Reading is a playlist I started creating on the same TH-cam channel.

Your Goodreads handle?
I have stopped updating Goodreads. Should sync my Kindle and update.
@@playbooksbyanshumaniruddra5895 interesting. Do you use any other tool to track/maintain read list?
Just a google sheet
