It's a massive concrete structure ! Iam convinced with the design theme of Ar. Sanjay Puri since it's on the line of demand of client ,only concern is it's been designed for the elite & as per wish ,functionality it has far more limitations!
This is shree cements ltd director’s home, i have been there it is fascinating outside but not from inside His old bungalow is adjacent to this building that is good
This actually looks good. I don't know why people are hating it. It looks sculpted . Looks cool. I loved it. Btw , what is the build up area of this house.
When you become hot short Architect you get licence to talk useless. Climate sensitivity with expose cement construction who are you fooling. Landscape knowledge with maximum lawn and ficus Benjamin and exotic plants in Rajasthan you don't even know abc of Landscape. Nothing but crap.
Architects in India have lost it all. In trying to replicate western ideas and infusing them with indian geography, they've totally messed up everything. These so called luminaries need to understand and come up with indigenous Indian language of architecture. But I don't think they ever will.
A year ago I liked it comment But now I'm studying vernacular and climative responsive architecture and I understood completely Now I criticize Ur comment
Please ban architects from talking about cross circulation in air conditioned rooms.. No points for that. And also applying the saame concept of Indian streets in a house and in a hostel complex is a no brainer, because a traditional indian house follows a very rectilinear grid unlike the courtyard house here. Apni prejudices ko concept na kahe.
vinay yadav yep. I live in the USA (born here with Indian Family) and buildings here are honestly so old fashioned it’s sad but when I go to Delhi I find so much new stuff it’s amazing
The proximity & closeness between the rooms in a house defines the bond in the family members.
In this case I don't think this is even a family!

The architecture is nice and is giving a palatial look to the building. This design is also suitable for hotels and holiday resorts.
I think about how many people need to clean this building
The confidence.. The final product.. 👏👏
Maxi Cow sarcasm?
Wtf looks like an engineering college
NAASA very true😅
NAASA yaaa
Yes. It doesn't looks like a home from any angle.
it's scale is so large it looks like a public building like a museum not a residential building or banglo.
Clearly this house is for Bond Villains.. love it ..👍
Ghar hai ki Infosys ka office?
Sanjay puri approach is by climatic zone of that region
This building is well planned hot Rajasthan hot and dry climate
i like the concept ... watch me for building designing ideas

This house is already looking out of sync with current designs. How will it look 10 to 20 years from now...
Looks more like institutional building.
What an amazing piece of art

6:12 Availability of concrete = Sustainability
No privacy, no paints , monotonous, always be ready with an umbrella inside the house, open invitation for thief and animals !
What do u mean by " be ready with an umbrella inside the house"?
When you're this rich, you don't have to worry about theif and animals.

Amazing
Not Homely at all...
Buddy. Look at the camera. I didn't go through the video. Its annoying !!!
Sreemant Roy that’s a western style of interviews. Here in America it’s how interviews are held
TBH, I'd ask for my money back lol. It needs a lot of work, the landscaping looks horrible..

I do not get all of what you have just said but i totally agree with you hahhaha
Santosh I didn’t get any of what you just said😂 but ok
Good English .. Very good English.. Jz like a design of this house
Completely agree with you. This was the most useless piece of architecture I have ever seen.
First house
That's does not feel like house/ghar/makan.
Didn't not touch in heart.

Some of them, yes. Although I think its more to do with the clients and their somewhat muddled concept of being "modern".
Western ideas?...... only Western in here is the concrete
Concept directly taken from Indian court yard house

Agree with you sir, mitsubishi hashimoto,..why cant it be modern & indian too..space doesnt coincide with the site. Critical regionalism?
@@yogeshchandran6371 started with Le corbuzier's bland architecture..Maybe? Well known for making massive matchboxes

Actually a boring design
Totally messed up. It looks neither Indian nor western.
Looks ugly...sorry
It’s modern architecture
It is but people can comfortably live inside becoz it's planned perfectly for Rajasthan s hot and dry climate
vinay yadav I think it looks amazing
@@amanbhogal9068 with little ornamentation I would like it too!!
Like neon strips running inside outside building!

Copied from A-Cero designs....Common make your own designs
Honestly its not and if u didn’t know, architects base things off of each other
