I’m in love with how you design. I am in the architecture business and I am working on a student design competition ran by the Aia and the project is a mixed-use housing with the ground level being all commercial and retail space. The housing part is 30 units.

In rainy season do you feel it inconvenience because the design of projections will allow rainfall to enter into the balconies

How do you know 36 lakh rupees exactly?
@@kamalakantamohapatra6416 in this video he said each floor 2000 sq ft and per sq ft is 1800 rupees so simple mathematics is 2000*1800=3600000 .

each floor have only one flat?
and really it is 2000 sq ft. in area if it is true then i also want to build a series of such apartment on my plot of size 12000 sq ft. of area in Kanpur city, uttar pradesh .
Visit hyderabad and just have a look at highcourt from Afzal gung bus stop road .... you guys will be amaze
